Pizza Fiamma — Restaurant in Toronto

I ordered 12 wings (well done) for $12 +tax (the sauce - BBQ - I asked for on the side). I originally wanted ranch on the side but they ran out). This is a small hood spot in an old mall so I didn't go in expecting gourmet wings, and in terms of value for dollar nowadays, these wings did what they were supposed to do. The size of the wings were slightly above Wingstop wings, and they were actually seasoned instead of relying on strictly the sauce for flavor.

Because I kept emphasizing well-done, some of the seasoning on the wings were a bit burnt, but I still don't have any complaints. The flats had the bones exposed without taking any notes, which tells me that my request for well-done made them shrink even more. The cashier actually told me that he'll cook the wings for longer if they're not crispy enough. So the service is good, the location isn't the best (which isn't an issue if you just swoop in and grab your food) and yhe food value-for-dollar is just fine for the wings. I'll come here again and try out the Oven Baked Fish, the Garlic Bread and perhaps...

No doubt pizza was nice & place has 100% vegetarian options. Plus Jain/ Swaminarayan options available tht wat I like & I look for always. But worst service .., I placed order on ph & they told me 10/15 mins . I was @ store in 10 15 mins & staff told me 10 more mins. After5 mins I saw my pizza they did not even start to make & told me it will be done in 10 mins. I waited almost more thn 45 mins & I hardly got my 1 pizza after arguing so much . & I still waited few mins more for my 2nd pizza. Also they put wrong toppings on my pizza & requested me to wait few more mins to change it but it was high time I cud wait , my kids waiting for food . So I accepted whatever they gave me . Pls I wud like to request staff & online order taking person give exact time & dont lie to customer. & listen order properly wat customer orders don’t imagine urself tht if someone has kids they only eat cheese pizza . THIS PLACE IS NOT HMA CERTIFIED I went there at 11.15am June 30th. I asked specifically of they were HMA certified the lady on the phone said yes. So I gave the order based in that. But when i went there she said they are not. I phone I repeated H....M....A.... slooowly, repeatedly so she cn understand what I was say and all times she said yes HMA certified, but I went there said we are certified halaal, these are certificates that we have, she didn't allow me to go near them, and only observe them from an unreadable distance.
