So the first issue was on Feb 27 around 6:50pm. I ordered 6 donuts and an ice cap with a small French Vanilla. The woman came with the box, my hand is not outside of my window to grab the food and she drops the donuts outside. I was shocked because I didnt even have my window fully rolled down or had my hand out to receive it. Then she tells me to pick it up because there are not sprinkle donuts felt... There is no way I will be eating donuts off the ground. In my shock I opened the door to attempt to at lease get the box but I have been having issues with my back so that caused me a some pain trying to bend down and I felt it. But just the thought of this later on got me quite upset.
Then March 12, around 4pm my family asked me to get some donuts and three ice caps. I reluctantly went to this location because its the closest. Again, the customer service is horrible. Theh were talking to each other while I am doing the order. At one point a here a laugh between the person taking my order and she had to ask me again what I wanted. I got the 6 ok and they got two of the donuts wrong (which they went to waste because no one in the house would eat the chocolate glazed when I said chocolate dipped) and they didnt put in all the ice caps (lucky I stayed looking for the additional ice cap)and they had to do another order.
They are not paying attention at all at that location. I know it can be fast pace and you want to enjoy work but also be studious and attentive in the orders. What I observed was lack of basic customer service skills plain and simple. I will not go to that location again. It turns me off from wanting Tim Hortons because their customer service has just been decreasing...
Read moreI don’t get this: I come to this location every other day as it’s the only Tim Hortons on my way to work. I’m always respectful, patient and polite to everyone as I know how stressful restaurant work is. Whenever I see any employees getting mistreated by other customers I always step in for them.
And yet, EVERY SINGLE TIME I get a terrible attitude in return from the same employees.
Not to mention my drinks always get under-filled, and there’s always EXTRA toppings missing from my sandwiches and soups.
If I pay for a LARGE french vanilla, why is it always filled HALF way like it’s a medium cup?
This is beyond annoying and be it one time thing I would’ve never cared, but every single time I ever order there’s always something wrong ???
This is such a turn off, and today was my last straw. I will be taking my business and money somewhere that cares and tries for the customers. I will make sure to tell all my friends and family to avoid this disorganized unprofessional location.
The best advice: either re-train the employees in procedures + customer service, /or put someone in charge to supervise what is happening on the floor throughout the day. Otherwise it’s a zoo and everyone hangs-out and does...
Read moreThe white lady is miserable!....Doesnt enjoy what she does and letting the whole place down!..The sense of entitlement and the way she says the tea wont be hot as if its my first time asking for a drink!... its a no brainer just meant the brew should be hot!!!..surprising to see how bad she fixed the drink and it was so obvious on her face she did it on purpose!.. if you are reading this do others a favour sit at home dont turn the customers day terrible in the morning !.. we all want a good drink and its not for free!!..and we want it every single time..be matured and put sme effort in what you do please!!...she disappoints me from the moment i step in not even a greeting or a smile atleast once .. you should be working there for 50 years u noe wat there is a girl shruti very young girl probably starting working there last month maybe 10days i dont know..jus saw her twice..... If you dont know how to make a proper steeped tea until now get trained from her !!..
