It doesn’t seem to matter what time of day I come here, or how slow or busy they are, it’s the worst customer service. Every time.
At 7:30pm they had already blocked off more than half the seating for the night, despite being open until 10.
One person behind the counter doing cash and dressing burgers while the other staff cleans as if they are closing.
The one behind the counter did anything she could before she served us. Wouldn’t even make eye contact, or say something like “I’ll be with you in a moment”.
The salads apparently no longer come with cucumbers?
Other times I’ve been here a blonde brassy woman is at cash and EVERYTHING is always a dramatic mess with her. I’ve watched her argue with fellow workers over trivial things, argue with customers, complain to customers about how busy it is, once she even complained about the minimum wage increase. REALLY?! You’re going to complain about your new higher wage?
Since none of the staff seem to remotely care about doing a good job, or being fast (you know the main objective of “fast food”), the restaurant definitely needs more staff.
They must have high sales based on the owner obviously not checking in enough to see what a mess this place is. I’m guessing Harvery’s Corporate doesn’t do surprise inspections like other fast food chains. This place...
   Read moreManagement has cornered the market on inventing new ways to serve food as slowly as possible... the manager was the least trained or qualified of everyone there, and her and her friend excelled in creative incompetence and a total failure to observe reality... while the two junior employees struggled to get the actual work done... these two were abusive to the cook, and had her on the edge of tears, most likely because they refused to follow any protocols of Harvey's and instead invented a new way of placing and modifying orders for each customer... for instance our sandwich artist refused to read the order and wanted to argue that she thought my friends burger was part of a other order, despite what the ticket said, and they both had a yell at the cook because they refused to read ir pay attention to what they were doing...
The long and the short of it was they were taking well over 10 minutes per customer...
The food was of reasonable quality... but look at the video and determine if this is a place you can afford to spend time... competant management or ownership would fire the two useless people...

My husband and I came in for dinner after a religious service and he was so kind, friendly and personable, even though he may have been tired. We have eaten here before, and both times we had excellent service but Rasool just gave us that little something extra. Thank you Rasool! We hope you receive the recognition you deserve for your fantastic customer service. 👍🏻👍🏻
Update: We came back in tonight - Rasool was there and remembered us! What a nice and personal touch. We were served by Mastura this time- what a sweet lady - I messed up a couple times when I was asking for toppings but she was good natured and patient about it. Thanks again for great service from all!
Update 2 (April 2024)- it’s been a long time since we caught Rasool, because we had a baby, but we went in last week and as usual he was his very efficient and friendly self!
