Ice Cream Junction — Restaurant in Toronto

Tracy is AMAZING!! I needed some ice cream for a family member's birthday so I called the store to see what they had. This was in Feb on a weeknight at 4:55pm so I was surprised to even get an answer. Even though she was supposed to be closing at 5pm, she went through all the to-go pint options for me over the phone and when I told her I couldn't make it to her shop before close, she offered TO DELIVER IT TO MY HOUSE!! I was so stunned by this offer, how nice is that? She found my place and dropped off the ice cream, she even added a couple of sprinkle cones for the bday girl! To top it off, she REFUSED to take my $$, even after trying to shove it in her coat pocket (LOL). She just said "come visit in the summer" and gave us her birthday sentiments! I have told this story to many people - it really made our night! We are very loyal to small businesses in our area and we are so happy to have owners like Tracy running our neighbourhood ice cream shop. Not to mention the ice cream was a HUGE hit - the feedback was incredible! We will be visiting a lot...

This is the place to take your kids! The ice cream is priced great, good quality, and lots of other non ice cream options (gourmet candies great prices again) and they have really customized the place for all sizes (such as cute mini animal stools for kids or benches/tables for adults/families. I LOVE the portion size cone options. The fact you can have a 2 inch cone chocolate dips with sprinkles look so appealing helps take the blow away from when you refuse to let your child have that adult size gigantic waffle cone with 3 scoops of ice cream! The lady saw fear in my eyes with my sons request and helped me keep the portion control I wanted LOL. I just really liked that but next time i go back i have to give him the medium size Im ready to admit hes too big for that dinky...
