I stopped by ITS TEA on 635 Mount Pleasant Rd and had an amazing experience. I ordered their Fresh Taro Matcha Storm, and it was absolutely delicious — easily one of the best bubble teas I’ve had in Toronto. The taro was fresh and creamy, and it paired perfectly with the matcha. The flavors blended beautifully, giving it a rich and satisfying taste that felt very natural and not overly sweet or artificial.

What I really liked about ITS TEA is that their menu isn’t just the same typical drinks you find at most bubble tea shops. They have a great selection of unique blends and creative flavors that make them stand out. You can tell they put effort into quality and presentation.

The customer service was great — friendly and welcoming, and even though the shop wasn’t too busy when I visited, the staff were attentive and kind. The ambiance is cozy and very well designed for a small café. They’ve done a great job making use of the space with thoughtful decor, good lighting, and comfortable seating. Everything looked clean, tidy, and inviting, which made the experience even better.

Here my hounest opinion about this place: A few days ago I was in the area and I visited this bubble tea joint because so many reviews talked about the Taro drinks. The fact that they use actual and fresh taro and how amazing it is and whatnot. So I went there expecting to get something unique that I haven't had before (maybe my expectations were too high) but it was just bubble tea. And don't get me wrong it was a good one. I got Taro storm and added Tapioca. It was delicious, the tapioca's were soft and chewy, but there was no special Taro flavor. In fact, there was no Taro flavor or any unique flavor at all. It just tasted like heavy milk with sweet paste at the bottom. Like I said it was still delicious and very good. I would probably go back and get a regular milk tea but I think their Taro drinks are overrated. Either "real" Taro doesn't have any taste at all or they use so little that you can't even taste it. The bubble tea here is so delicious! I'm obsessed with the taro milk tea. The taro is freshly made everyday and I can really tell the difference. Definitely NO powdered drinks here!

Some of the drinks are very refreshing. Not everything is tea-based. One of my kids had a mango slush (because he doesn't drink tea) and it looked like they used a whole mango! This is an awesome and healthier alternative to the regular slushies at the corner store that are just full of sugar. The fresh fruit here makes all the difference. My kid loved his drink.

My other kid had a tasty peach yakult so he is getting his probiotics in that drink. We are working our way through the menu!

I highly recommend this bubble tea shop because the drinks are made with high quality ingredients and the owner/staff members are very friendly and patient in answering any questions I had about the drinks.
