I do not recommend buying lechon from this seller.
In 2024, I called to inquire about lechon prices. The seller recommended the 70 lb lechon for $350, which I agreed to since it was only slightly more than the smaller size. She later asked for a $113 deposit to confirm the order. I sent $120 via e-transfer, but the receipt only showed $107. When I asked why, she said tax was deducted from the deposit - something that wasn’t communicated beforehand. I also only found out after paying that the deposit was non-refundable. To be fair, I should have clarified more before sending the money, but the lack of upfront information made things confusing.
On pickup day, we waited an extra hour for the lechon to be ready. Despite being quoted $350, we were charged $243 on top of the $120 deposit. That math didn’t add up - $350 minus $120 should be $230. Even if I had to pay more, I didn’t appreciate the lack of transparency, which left me confused and with no choice but to proceed with the order and accept the loss. Despite this, I still chose to support the business.
In 2025, I hesitated to order again, but guests had complimented the lechon, saying it was delicious and well cooked. Hoping for a smoother experience, I placed another order for the same 70 lb lechon at $350.
This time, to avoid confusion, I asked the seller multiple times: if I sent a $100 deposit, what would be the remaining balance? I confirmed more than once that there would be no added tax and that I’d owe exactly $250 at pickup. She assured me that was correct.
However, when my friend went to pick it up (since the event was far from us), they were told the total was $282 via e-transfer, and only $250 if paid in cash. I was once again confused and stressed. In 2024, I paid tax on the deposit but not on the balance. This time, there was no tax on the deposit, but tax was suddenly added to the remaining balance, even though I used the same payment method as before. The inconsistency didn’t make sense and added to the frustration.
I don’t mind paying taxes if it’s explained upfront, but in both cases, pricing kept changing and communication was lacking. While some confusion was partly my fault for not clarifying every detail in writing, the seller also failed to provide clear and consistent information.
The seller is friendly and experienced, and the lechon itself was delicious and well cooked. However, pickup was delayed by an hour both times, pricing was unclear, and the entire process was more stressful than it should’ve been.
I’m reluctantly giving one star - not for the food quality, but for the overall experience. If you decide to order, be very careful - confirm all charges, tax details, and pickup times in writing. Unfortunately, I won’t be ordering from them again and will look for a more reliable and transparent...

Lechon was late, they said they're gonna rush nalang, we said juzt make sure the lechon is good, Rushing lechon in cooking is no good because it should take some time to avoid being undercooked inside... so they were able to deliver it after awhile we were so excited lechon was looking good But soon as we start chopping it, pink everywhere still uncooked, we told them they can only offer us to to just return it and they will pick it up...
Lechon does taste good but please if you cant be consistent, if you cant provide a good service just dont offer one, lechon is not just an ulam that we order on regular days, we order lechon for special occasions, DONT RUIN occasions for people!! Lechon is also not cheap!
Lechon taste good, if you're willing to take the risk ok but if you want to be sure that you'l get a good lechon and also on time...

The problem was ,the customer service requires a lot of improvement!!A deposit of 113 dol was required to order.So I did etransfer as advised.The receipt that was provided was just the date, pick up location and the size.There was no name and no amount written as to how much was deposited and the balance.I had to text Jocelyn ( ? owner) and had to place several calls to send me a proper receipt. She insisted that it was okay and just show them the incomplete and unacceptable receipt. She eventually sent me the properly filled out form. The large mixed dessert tray that was also ordered was in a different location. Very disorganized!! We opted not to pick it up since it will take another hour to travel.Guests were waiting at the party. She was upset,texted me back in a rude and very unprofessional manner.
