KFC — Restaurant in Toronto

The big crunch was great. Packed with lots of chicken meat. I ordered the combo which included the fries and the drink and I paid extra for a side of gravy. The french fries was room temperature. Also, I felt that they cut down the amount of fries they’re giving and still charging the same combo price if not more. instead of gravy they gave me macaroni salad. I got that exchange for the gravy, which is what I originally asked for. they apologized. Then when I went to get a sip of my drink, I noticed they gave me Coke instead of iced tea. I went up to the desk again and they gave me the iced tea and I had said that good thing I decided to eat at the restaurant had I gone to my car and drove off then I would’ve been stuck with that. I did not want and did not say anything about it. That’s just truly sad CUSTOMER SERVICE. Then there is also a huge leak in the main dining area as well. Overall, I was not impressed with this location as my first impression and my last impression. It wasn’t even busy at all when I placed my order at the time. Even when I received my order, there’s no one else there. How can they mess up the gravy and the drink when that is what they punched in the machine and that’s what it says in the receipt and you give me the wrong items? The individual, the kitchen and the individual at the cash poured me the wrong drink. I don’t know how fast food restaurants plan to keep customers like me when I would rather just go somewhere else which is what I plan on doing next time I feel for chicken sandwich. I’d rather go somewhere like Wendy’s, where I know they’ll get it right all...

Went in one night after a very long and exhausting day to get our only meal of the day. We ordered a zinger combo, 4 pieces of chicken and side of gravy. We wouldn’t eat inside the establishment as it was freezing cold inside so we decided to go home and enjoy it there. Once we got home we cut the zinger in half to share and it tasted pretty bad like it was cooked in burnt oil. Then we proceeded to eat the chicken, fries and gravy. When we opened the box of chicken we got a wift of bad smell but we still took a piece of meat from one of the drums and then decided to call the store to let them know that the food is not edible. We Called and asked for a manager and the lady over the phone said he is very busy and that we can call back later. So we just told her about the food not being edible and she said that we were laughing and not being serious and she hung up on us. So we drove back to take the non edible food back and speak to the manager. Once there we told the manager about the phone call. We handed over his food with the receipt and he asks us if we are sure we got the food from This location even though the receipt is with him and the address is his location. Then he said he can’t refund us for the food but can remake Everything. By then we had lost our appetite.

He then goes to say that he won’t refund us for the burger and kept making excuses but eventually did refund us finally.

Everyone now a days is struggling with finances so please if you are running a business run it properly and don’t waste people’s money like you won’t...

I can't seem to get a non canned response to using the contact forms. I tried calling into customer service and got put on hold for 20 minutes.

I ordered online for pickup. Totalled $36 and change. Credit card charged $41 and change. I want the overcharge refunded.

The chicken pieces get smaller all the time. I guess that part of my message triggered something and the overcharge was never addressed.

You obviously didn't read my entire message. I'd like the overcharge refunded please. Unless you think it's acceptable business practice to overcharge a customer's credit card.
