A friend and I tried this place instead of our usual place. I hadn't been here in close to 6/7 years. The new owner is nice - but the quality of food/service has really dropped. It has gone from a table service restaurant (with cafeteria style available) to cafeteria style service only.

This is Harvey's style service. You order and pay for your food, wait for it to cook, then carry your tray to your table.

Everything, and I mean everything, is served on disposable plates, with disposable cutlery, and disposable cups for drinks. This owner must be rich - because I work in the industry and I know how expensive these things are!

The food was not good. The burger I had was so overcooked and dry. My friend had an open face hamburger sandwich with gravy. The gravy was so salty it could not be consumed. The breadfruit was sour and past when it should have been served. The fries were your usual frozen variety - so average tasting.

The interior hasn't really changed from the previous owner. I am sure that will eventually change - but it isn't bad at all. I feel like they should return to table service in the back half and use real dishes and save our environment a little (there were no options for compost or recycle available).

I've been going here for years as a kid and it's been a while so decided to go for their all day breakfast and unfortunately left a bit disappointed. We met the new owner who very kindly introduced himself while I asked him for a new coffee because the milk that was provided to me that I had put in my coffee was spoiled. Also now you have to pay for the meal before hand and then bring it to your table yourself. Really awkward moment as I was figuring this all out in real time. Our French toast was still very wet in the middle and egg was undercooked. Bacon was burnt. And over medium eggs were over well done.
