This place consistently sucks LOL, yes they are the only late delivery option around. But they will mess up everything!

Want a large pizza? With regular crust?They will stretch a medium extra thin and give it to you anyways.

Want well done so the pizza is how you like it? Forget about it!! It comes as they wish!

Want to order anything fried? No problem my friend, soggy boiled fries for you! (Check out the photo of my sweet potato fries, i even rolled a few up for you to get an idea how soft they are, i even had to be carefull not to squish them lmao!!!!)

Want chicken wings? “ Yea its hard to mess up but we got this” your drums will be nearly under cooked!

Want a creamy garlic dip sauce? “ LOL bro you know we have multiple sauces with garlic in them. Its your fault for choosing such a difficult item. Too bad for you!”

Want to order something that is not their specialty? Everyone loves chicken sandwiches, but let me give you the one thats been sitting so long the pickle brine has turned half the chicken green like the grinches left nut.

This places thinks they are smart in rushing everything to make it to you in 40min or less. The problem is they give their driver multiple orders, instead of hiring another person. So by the time my food comes, its the worst money spent ever.

Incase anyone is wondering, all of those scenarios i gave all happened. Like i said they the only delivery place around for late night . So yes i order multiple times. But as you can see there is always a problem. (Theres been more problems as half the pizza big slices and half the pizza small slices, no cheese on a 2-3 inch radius from the crust(really sucks when they mess up your dip sauce too !)

My husband went here today at October 17th 12:30am. He ordered 3 things, he ordered the half moon cheesy bread, wings and a drink. When he got there there was already a half moon cheesy bread sitting there. They told him 20 minutes. When he came back for his food he noticed the cheesy bread wasn’t there anymore. After he began to eat the food. It tasted sooo bad, old and stale. My husband went back in the store to ask the lady at the counter if she heated up the old cheesy bread sitting there and gave it to him and she said yes. The chef said “oh it was only made 20 minutes ago” my husband said that doesn’t matter all the food should be fresh. Not old stuff sitting there. My husband then told the chef that the last couple of times he came the pizzas were always burnt. He gave them the benefit of the doubt but now it’s becoming an issue because they’re not making anything properly. My husband said he just wants a refund, the chef said “oh if it was such a problem why do you keep coming here don’t come back” the chef than continued to be disrespectful and kept yelling. He is bald and works in the nights. He is extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. He was doing this in front of so many customers. My husband was so nice and simply asked for it to be fresh but after that comment didn’t want it anymore. Don’t waste your time or money. Bad attitudes, extremely disrespectful. If I could give negative stars I would give them a perfect negative 5 on everything. Complete garbage, save your time and energy drive a little further down to the Keele and Wilson location. At least there they won't get your order wrong. They blamed the app, even though I have used the app countless times before, without any issue. They refused to refund saying I ordered thru the app and not there. What's even funnier about that farce is they took the payment in the store.

See I wouldn't have mind if the brown lady wasn't straight up rude, and same thing with her supervisor brown guy with a beard.

What's funnier is they told me to take it up with customer service and their line is only open Monday to Friday lol this was a Sunday surprised they don't know how their company works. At this point it would be easier to charge back honestly. I have to waste an hour just getting this resolved.

PizzaPizza head office if you see this, honestly that lady and supervisor should be fired. Probably never going order from PizzaPizza after this, sad to say after being a customer for years. At the very least never coming back to...
