Baskin-Robbins — Restaurant in Toronto

I ordered a birthday cake for my sons first birthday. It didn’t come out like the pic they have on their website. It was a lot darker and looked more like a spooky Halloween cake than happy birthday cake. I mentioned it to the cake decorator and she took no accountability and I wasn’t going argue with her. My son can’t eat cake I just ordered it for his pics. So that was disappointing. The worst part was eating the cake. All my guests teeth and mouths were green and black. It ruined half of my pics because everyone looked like they were wearing lipstick and had green teeth. Guests were surprised I got it from baskins because we’ve all had cakes from there with no issue. Not to be graphic but my family members mentioned their poop was green too. My goal for writing this review is obviously to vent but also buyer beware. I hope your experience if at all was better than mine. P.s to baskins at this location, I was a loyal customer! Two times a week in the warmer months I frequented your location. Such a shame I won’t be returning. Your ice cream is the best but sadly not...

This was a disaster. First time coming here and I could not be more disappointed. I ordered the cold one speciality cake : this was supposed to be ice cream and cake. It was 60% fake icing 20 % cake 20% ice cream.

Cutting through the 3 inch thick layer of icing you are left with a very small actual cake and barely any ice cream. I would guess in the whole cake was 1 scoops worth of ice cream. Instead of all that crazy icing the outside should've been ice cream. My kids didnt enjoy it either I paid for a cake to feed 4 people I ended up getting a cake that barely feeds 1 person.

The icing was excessively thick and super sweet tasted gross. Honestly for $40 this is a scam and I felt robbed. The amount of icing on this small cake was overkill and none of it was edible. I wouldve rather went to DQ and get myself a blizzard cake. Never will I ever eat or shop at baskin robbins this is crazy how bad the service and products are.

Worse cake experience ever, brought a cake for my mom birthday by the time we opened the box it was completely melted. They had to nerve to say the only thing they can do is for me to buy another cake with a small percentage off. The customer service is the worse there. Even when I was calling them they would hang up the phone and send it to voice-mail. They only picked up after i kept calling over and over.My family Will never go...
