KFC — Restaurant in Toronto

I had one of the worst experiences ever at this KFC. My wife went in to drop off her resume while I was waiting for our food, which was already taking too long. The employee at the counter was extremely rude and unprofessional. She dismissed my wife immediately, saying they weren’t hiring, and refused to even take the resume. When my wife asked to speak with a manager, she was told there was no manager available but just a few minutes later, a manager came out. Considering her size she really loves working there but this is not right. You can’t be doing that.

This kind of disrespect and dishonesty is completely unacceptable. My wife was polite and just looking for an opportunity, and instead she got attitude and lies. The staff clearly lack basic customer service and respect. We’ll never come back here again, and I wouldn’t recommend this...

Went to buy a single Chicken Sandwich. Front cash register (name: Mimbi appears on the receipt - I assume that's her name!) was very nice by asking me if I want regular or spicy flavor, and if need any more add on or drink. Delicious taste on sandwich. I gave only 4-star because I haven't had a chance to check the cleanliness of the washroom. 4 full star is not only for the nice & clean atmosphere but a nice service. p.s. I arrived there around 430pm during weeknight and I was the only customer by then; surely it might packed during rush hour and weekends / holidays. Plus, it's a tiny plaza with limited parking area shared with Tim Hortons', KFC, Pizza Hut and M&M. So, drive slow and be safe. Extremely Disappointing Experience

I had a very poor experience at this restaurant. The staff were unprofessional and seemed confused about how to take orders properly. I ordered a combo sandwich with extra fries, but they only gave me one portion of fries. When I pointed this out—while sitting right in front of the restaurant—the staff member told me to “bring the order and show how many fries there are.”

I explained that I was sitting right there and everything was visible on the table, but instead of resolving the issue, the person who prepared the food said that i gave only one fries came with the sandwich and then they gave me another one later.

The food itself was awful, and the customer service was zero. I definitely do not recommend this place and won’t...
