As I live nearby, I frequently visit this location to enjoy your delicious pizza. On February 25, 2025, my wife and I decided to go there for a meal. Since I have dietary preferences and specifically look for halal options, I asked the employee if they could make a halal pizza for me. However, she refused and told me that I had to choose from the available options in the display. I understand that making a whole pizza might be difficult, especially since I was only requesting two slices, but Pizza Pizza is known for its customization options. Despite my request, she insisted that I could only take what was in the display.

Since we were hungry, I decided to pick a pizza slice from the display. However, upon closer inspection, it was evident that the pizza had been sitting there for 7–8 hours. When I asked if they could provide a fresher option, the employee assured me that the available slice was fine. Unfortunately, after taking it, we found that the pizza was completely stale and inedible. When I brought this to the staff’s attention, they offered me a cheaper pizza option instead. I explained that I had paid for a higher-quality pizza, but the response I received was that there was nothing more they could do.

The best thing about it is definitely the convenience — they’re everywhere, open late, and you can order ahead or walk right in. Went to pick up the pizza I ordered online today and I did not like the service. I specifically ordered for my pizza to be well done, so when I paid for my order, I checked the pizza and requested it to be put back in a little longer. My partner and I waited inside the store after I requested it. Nobody called us to tell us the pizza was ready. It was left sitting there by the counter until I approached the cashier asking about my pizza. I checked the pizza again and it didn’t even look like it went in the oven. I had requested the pizza to be put back in, and she comes back and tells me that it would be dry if they put it back in. I asked for extra sauce on the bottom, so I know the bottom of the pizza needs to be well done.
