5 star because the soy matcha latte is the best!!!! I'm definitely coming back here for one next time I'm around. Too often, other places make it so mild and has zero taste but Kraft Tea made it very strong and you can taste the matcha so nicely. I was really thankful even though they closed, the kind gentleman made me this hot sugar free soy matcha latte. It was exactly what I needed after a long day of work. 5/5 for taste and temperature. Located upstairs of nations in the food court. It was easy to find. I knew it was closed so I'm assuming that's why the tapioca was a bit soft. It still hit the spot because he gave me extra and I was just so thankful I had such a delicious matcha! Thanks so much for making me this even though you were closing up. I needed it! Made me so happy on my long drive home

Update 10.07.2020 Tried their nutella Taiyaki, it's sooooo good. Since they make it fresh, its crispy on the outside and soft nutella on the inside. Perfect pair with a bubble tea. Got the iron goddess milk tea this time with oak milk. Didn't taste too sweet, perfect amount of tea. Love it. Summer. 2022 Coworker got ice cappuccino smoothie, she is very picky but she loved it. I got brown sugar coconut milk tea, would recommend water down the coconut milk a bit, it was way too much and thick, and I already tried to mix for awhile. Wish they have description on uber app mentioning if the brown sugar oat drink is with oat milk or with oats in it. Overall is good, will order again to try other products to give more accurate review.

First time coming here and this man had such a bad attitude with me. I was waiting for my order and I was standing where you pick up the drinks. It was not busy and a someone came to pick up their order, my friend was in the way but she moved after hearing the person say “excuse me” after she left, this man comes to me with a nasty attitude saying “I would appreciate next time to not be in the way of customers” first of all, we were at the pick up station waiting for my drink and your business is not gonna die just because my friend was in the way for a moment. He spoke to me really rudely and I would not recommend coming here. This man in particular talks really bad to customers.
