You're instantly greeted as you walk in, by the entire staff in unison. The interior is quite cool, very on point with the firehouse theme, kind of how I imagine where firemen have their family meals together. The prices are a bit more than Subway or Mr Sub, but the quality and especially the flavors are a lot better so I would say it is worth it in that sense. They have what I like to call their "Hot Sauce Bar" which has a wide variety to choose from to use which are labeled by their heat level from 1-10 . There are free refills on fountain pop with also a wide array of flavors to choose from. I'd like to note that the exterior has images of the sandwiches which made me think the bread would be like hard French bread or something, it is not (which I greatly prefer). Meatball sub is out of this world and has an aroma of authentic pizza (which makes sense as to why they offer pepperoni with it). I also have been able to taste their classic Hook and Ladder (Turkey and Ham, it was very delicious) as well as the Smokehouse Beef & Cheddar Brisket (beyond expectations, not usually a sandwich I would go for, but it is now!) and my taste buds were quite pleased with them all. 10/10 would recommend!!

It was worst experience. I ordered a veggie sub with extra olives and extra pickles with extra salt and pepper and when I reached home and there was just 5 olives and few diced pickles and when I call them then they said that they put everything according to their standard. They charged me for extra things but they didn’t add anything I asked them to. I called the store and the manager said that there is nothing they could do about it and their only solution was for me to return and get the extra items on the side.It was a very disappointing experience. Used to be a regular, don’t think I’ll ever be back :/

I’m very frequent at fire house as my daughter loves their subs, turkey provolone to be specific. Went to the stockyard location today and left disappointed. My daughter was given the smallest piece of bread I’ve ever seen any sub facility give. Ive bought her a kids sandwich at firehouse many times and it has never been this size. There was no mayo put on the sand which as requested, making the sandwich extremely dry. No pickle on the side as requested. I paid $16, including the “firehouse $1 tip”, for this, 2 cookies and a drink.. never going to this location again.

No welcome to firehouse when I walked in which I swear was a standard and something they prided there selves on the ordering process was okay took what I felt was not to long to make my food and left got home and my food was beyond soggy that the meat and topping would just slide off the mush they called bread I also found a hair in my food when I called to speak to someone I was told my sandwich was soggy because I asked for extra mayo which makes no sense unless your mayo is like water it’s shouldn’t make the bread to soggy that it pretty much dissolves into a paste between your fingers ( obviously not drained of liquid enough as the meat is steamed) and the hair was never addressed by the employee just ignored , I know due to having conversations with the pervious owner and staff from years ago that this is not the standard practice of firehouse and am extremely disappointed and will never step foot into one again the negative reviews speak for themselves when it comes to this location

I also forgot to mention I got extremely sick from the food I was able to eat and I know for a fact it was because of their food because it was the only thing I...

First time here and I read that when you enter, the staff welcome you. We got here and it looked like staff were ready to close. When we entered, rather than welcoming they gave me glances and didn't acknowledge us.

I waited a minute before someone came to take my order (there was a staff prepping meat nearby, saw me, we made eye contact but not even a greeting).

I ordered the sub and waited for it to be made. I know it was close to closing time but you should at least try to make your customers not feel uncomfortable in the store.

What really disappointed me and gave this one star review is one male staff sneezed towards the floor (did not cover their mouth) and it was close to where our sandwich was assembled. He looked at me, I looked at him and I was really surprised especially with the safety concerns right now.

I told the cashier I wanted to get a refund for the sandwich and didn't want it because a staff sneezed and it was by the sandwich. No apology given, a supervisor came out to give the refund...
