Please pay attention to staff at this location. They might need re-training or have more people working on the floor to cover more stations for smooth service. This was the first Kung-Fu tea location that took over 10 minutes to make 1 drink, and the drink tasted …strange.
Appearance: 1/5⭐️ I ordered the Sago Taro Latte, it did not look good in a cup. The colours were weird, my taro was brown in colour, texture looked strange and grainy.
Smell: 1/5⭐️ Did not smell like a classic sago taro. It had a distinct smell of a different drink that faintly reminded of cherry.
Taste: 1/5⭐️ Absolutely awful taste. First time in my life I had to throw out the entire drink after 2 sips. Tasted like grainy, dirty cherry drink. Almost as if they re-used container from a previous drink they made without washing it. Tasted NOTHING like a TARO latte. And looking at your previous reviews I can see that others have also mentioned your drinks (taro included) tasting different and disgusting compared to other Kung Fu tea location.
Texture: 1/5⭐️ No matter how much I mixed it, the texture was GRAINY all around. Such a turn off.
Temperature: 1/5⭐️ Lukewarm with ice.
Flavour: 1/5⭐️ There was no flavour. I cannot believe I went in to waste 7$ just to receive a drink that tasted like something I didn’t order.
Price: 1/5⭐️ 7 dollars down the drain, thrown out right after the first two sips.
Customer Service: 1/5⭐️ During time of the order only 1 employee was on the floor - struggling to make drinks. At the time of order there was only me and 1 other person in the store and they took way over 10 minutes to make 2 of our drinks. As we were waiting another person came in - and all of a sudden second employee comes out from the back to take the order. If there are two people working, why is the second person hiding in the back the whole time while the other incompetent one is trying to take order / make drinks / give our drinks. Terrible set up.
I was so excited to try out your location, but I will not be returning or recommending it to my colleagues unless the quality...
Read moreI am a frequent Kung Fu Tea customer and went to this location to get my usual 38 Milk King. This is the first time the drink tasted bad (bitter like when you take the last sip of tea with the leaves at the bottom of the cup type of bitter). When my husband went back to the store right away to get a remake- the two ladies working the front were extremely rude and impolite. Absolute horrible customer service and the girl even had the audacity to roll her eyes and talk so loudly through the mic with attitude that my husband had to remind her to stop talking so loudly through the mic. The remake was even worse and was almost like a spit in the face- way too sweet, foamy and STILL BITTER- the drink was thrown in the garbage. Will definitely never come back to this location and I expect a follow-up from the store manager to deal with this horrible customer service and waste of money.
RESPONSE TO OWNER: Thank you for your prompt reply. Unfortunately, the customer service and attitude problem amongst staff made the experience even worse. The loud mic also came with attitude which is unacceptable. I typically get this drink with 50% honey and never taste any bitterness- this was strange and was with full sweetness. When my husband got the second remake - with no questions asked came with a whole lot of attitude, sighing and rolling of eyes (and this is according to my daughter who accompanied my husband in the store). The remake was extremely quick and was still bitter which is why my husband asked for more syrup. When he came back to the car for me to try I just couldn't believe how bad it tasted. I still expect a full refund as that's what my husband tried to do the first time but the lady was adamant on remaking another...

The shop's clean and inviting exterior is easy to spot, and the interior is spacious. With a minimalist décor, plenty of seating, and a casual vibe, it’s a great space for solo visitors or small groups. As an added bonus, they offer a 10% discount if you show a receipt from a nearby shop, making it even more appealing for a post-meal treat. The service was quick and efficient. Within just a few minutes, my order was ready. Rose Milk Tea (Large, Less Ice, Half Honey): This drink’s soft pink hue was pretty to look at, and its rose flavour gave it a unique, floral twist that stands out from more traditional milk teas. It was a perfect choice for those who appreciate delicate floral flavours. Overall, Kung Fu Tea is a fantastic choice for anyone nearby seeking a quality bubble tea experience in a relaxed setting. I’ll definitely be back to try more of their...
