Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Toronto

I have never written a review but what I experienced today was unbelievable I went to the store at about 2:30 there was no employee at the front and I called someone over but had to wait a good 5 minutes for someone to come. I ordered my food they said that it would be ready in 10 minutes, for context I got two stuffed crazy breads one medium cheese pizza and one Italian cheese bread, other people started to enter the store and got there food before so I figured it was an online order but this happened about 3 times the two employees who were there were giving me dirty looks. At 2:50 one of the employees asked me “oh what did you order again?” I said my order and asked her how long it would take she didn’t reply so I asked again louder and she walked away, at 3:00 she gave me my food but was missing my pizza so I asked her where it was and she acted confused and finally got me my pizza a bit later. As if this wasn’t bad enough I know multiple people who have had a similar experience. I don’t recommend this location at all ,wish I could give it...

Ordered 1 large pepperoni pizza and 1 crazy bread for pickup. Sent my grandson in with the money and he came out with a small pizza and 4 pizza tart things and they had the nerve to rip him off and charge him $24.00. When I went in they tried to tell me that it was a correct order. After some fussing they said oh this must be yours and handed me a box and said goodbye. I then had to ask for the rest of my money as I knew it wasn't a $24.00 order. She handed me $2.00 and expected me to be happy with that yet I still had to say you owe me more than $2.00. After realizing that I gave them a $50 and counting my change they still charged me $22.00 for something not worth it. I live in the area and will be telling everyone I know that they rip people off and it wasn't worth my gas money, let alone the $22.00 I spent. She greeted me with a genuine smile and made sure my order was prepared just the way I wanted it. Fast, efficient, and professional—plus, let’s be honest, she’s got a great vibe and yes, she’s super cute too! 😄
