Im a Certfied Nutritionis who visits this Tims as close to My place and Never had a problem before..... infact was a regular Buff Many years back in school, burning midnight oil, enjoying a quick bite with a great cup of java with friends when it was 24/7 But after Covid not much, & NOW Given the DIRTY TABLES, SMELLY WASHROOMS👎 INCREASED PRICES OF EVERYTHING, BAD Gentry, LONG LINES ALWAYS SHORT STAFFED AND ICING ON THE CAKE, now SPOILED OR UNHYGENICALLY MADE FOOD👎 Don't go there much
Just 1 week back while enjoying a Coffee we got hungry and ate a Turkey Sandwich SATURDAY LATE EVENING.......OMG the PHYSICAL Mental and Financial Suffering that ensused was Unbelievable! We were DISAPPOINTED Angry and Shocked as DIARRHEA SUNDAY MORNING left me totally Drained with so much Stomach Pain and getting locked in the home as no can go out with diarrhea everyone knows! I Missed work had to go to the Doctor, and lost all appetite from strong Antobitics given to combat the HORRID BACTERIA which was found in my lab Report Only from the Sandwich I had eaten Previous night. We even Appreciated the cashier for this tasty Sandwich (who knew what was to follow), this Indian guy made for us, ( NO OFFENSE NO RACISM) , just pointing out he had no gloves on no hair masks in fact, NO ONE WEARS in ANY TIMS which We were Trained to wear and after working in FOOD ENVIRONMENTS should be MANDATORY.. GOD ONLY KNOWS IF STAFF and ALL WASH THEIR HANDS PROPERLY AFTER USING THE WASHROOM AS OUR SANDWICH WASN'T MADE HYGIENICALLY OR MAYBE THE BREAD/CHEESE/ DELI /MEAT /LETTUCE WERE NOT FRESH as BACTERIA WAS CONFIRMED by my Lab Report and Doctor.
Wouldn't be eating Any more sandwiches there or any Bowls ESPECIALLY on WEEKENDS AS Afraid it'll 'LL MAKE me SICK..
Maybe No one checks the food temp logs for the freezer or fridge. And So THEY'RE SERVING STALE / BAD QUALITY FOOD..
UPPER MANAGEMENT and Supervisors REALLY DON'T CARE IF the overlap is done properly between shifts, So Everyone KNOWS, IF and WHEN FOOD ISNT SAFE ENOUGH TO EAT ANYMORE ITS JUST SITTING OUTSIDE FOR HOURS..
Ppl have the NERVE to call other countries third world, coz you Can't TRUST ANYTHING there, AT LEAST in Canada One Feels SAFE that whatever they eat from Anywhere at Any time of the Day that FOOD will be FRESH and of GOOD QUALITY..CANT SAY THAT NOW NOT Of TIMS👎 I know ppl will still and are eating as we speak and a few TRUE Reviews including mine would not even put a slight dent in your mlllion dollar businesses, which IS NOT MY INTENT, but AT LEAST WE HOPE PPL WILL BECOME AWARE, that Just coz you're the Top brand of Canadian Coffee DOES NOT MAKE YOU A CONESIUER IN FOOD QUALITY, CUSTOMER SERVICE, AMBIENCE.
Most of your Dine in Restraunts or Tims takouts in Gas stations in SCARBOROUGH are the WORST!
Earlier We used to get Cheaper coffee and everything, even a FREE one with 70 POINTS but NOW its 400 Points...
ITS SO SAD BUT GONE ARE THE DAYS OF EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE here ANYWHER NOW MOST STORES BUSINESSES AIRLINES IS JUST ABOUT MONEY MAKING NO...
Read moreI went there on the morning of July 23rd, 2020. I was standing in front of one of two cash registers and was being completely ignored by staff, who were running to and fro. After I had been ignored for several minutes, a guy goes up to the second register and--boom!---he's waited on and served immediately! He got his order before mine was even taken--and I had to go to the second register to be noticed at all. I asked if the staff had seen me waiting before the other customer. The clerk mumbled some kind of unintelligible apology. I said, "Oh, wait--I have a Tim's reward card." She said, "You have to present your reward card before the order is rung up." I was really miffed at that point. I took out my rewards card and left it on the counter in front of her. "I don't need a card that isn't honored," I told her. "It just takes up useless space in my wallet." The food quality was good--but the service is rotten. I wasn't dressed shabbily, either. I'm a senior citizen and retired military, so I didn't look like a rag bag. This has to be the worst...
Read moreInteresting enough, I saw in the reviews someone else had this to say too. I was trying to give my order to the Filipino female staff member this evening (9:30pm) but she kept laughing and talking to her coworkers. I had to repeat my order 3 separate times. Mind you, I’m Caucasian, english is my first language, no accent, and I said it clear as day in two separate ways when she didn’t hear me the first time.
When I finally got up to the drive thru to receive my order (just a large regular coffee) the guys in the back making my drink were yelling and dancing around. Must be a nice job where you get to party during your shift. Unfortunately I didn’t get the name of the female staff member.
To the owner, I’ve already made contact with someone via the Tim Hortons website, so you don’t have to copy and paste that response to me. To review readers, I wouldn’t recommend coming to...
