I only gave one star because there was no zero star option. First off we went to Tim Horton's after deciding Krispy Kreme's line up was too long because their donuts are better quality for the price. So we go into Tim's and there are maybe 5 people in line. So like 10 minutes later we're still waiting. The drive through is being prioritized ahead of us the whole time despite the fact that we bothered to go in the place. Staff was extremely slow and lethargic. Donuts were made so sloppy it looked like a 5 year old child made them. Next thing we noticed is there is no variety anymore (which was part of the original appeal of getting a box of donuts) and the classics have now become "specialty donuts" and cost more $ So at this point we decided to walk out (of course no protest from the staff). So disappointing. More and more nails in the coffin of horrible customer service and low quality food for too much money. This seems to be the trend in Toronto overall. Never buying Tim's again. Read moreIt was not very good at all. Had to ask food handler to change her gloves before handing my food about 3-4 times before a fellow employee said something to her. Then when I went to eat my chilli, there were mushrooms in it. I had to make them take it back and refund my money. Meanwhile, there had been 2 nurses there, listening, and one said I was being rude because I had to raise my voice while repeatedly asking for the glove change. I had watched how many times she handled food with the same gloves. I told them i have food handling certificate and I know my rights. I told the nurses that if they had handled blood, the servers that is, that they would expect the same thing !!!. However theses nurses didn't hesitate to call Security on me. She , the security gaud had a problem with my loud voice , but once I told her the blood comparison, she said FAIR ENOUGH. SO WHO'S REALLY THE VILLIAN HERE. The nurses or Tim Hortons for allowing security to...
Read moreAfter spending the whole day in the emergency i was feeling a bit down so I headed over to TIm's for a chilli which would have cheered me up. Thinking of the chilli made me happy because it's not a bad chilli and I was super hungry. I got there and waited in line for 10 mins with only 2 people serving, finally, the server came to me and when I placed my order she said we have no chilli, I asked for chicken noodle and she said we have no chicken noodle, i asked for spicy thai and she said we have no spicy thai! So i got a vegetable soup and it was the worst soup I ever had in my life. I would not recommend going here and you're better off eating nothing.. Fix your service, you're in a hospital, be more friendly because you don't know what others are going through.. McDonalds...
