After having matcha matcha in the afternoon, my friends and I came back for M2 after dinner 😂 it was a great experience and bc we were seated at the bar, we were able to chat with the bartenders (who were so friendly and sweet and seem to really like their job). We were kinda full from dinner so we weren't able to try as many drinks as we wanted, but I highly recommend the palo santo and apple pandan for anyone who likes sweet, fruity drinks. I also really liked the cream oolong since I like tea-based drinks and the cheese foam was actually so tasty and reminded me of coco's black tea macchiato. We also tried the cookie butter which sounded very intriguing. It definitely did taste like cookie butter, but the alcohol was too strong 😅 probably more suited for people who enjoy the taste of scotch, but the chocolate they smear on the glass really helped to cut the sharpness of the alcohol LOL. We also got the soft serve which was so smooth and creamy, and with the strawberry jam it was the perfect summer treat.

I recommend making a reso so you're guaranteed a seat. It wasn't so busy after 10pm-ish on a Saturday but if you're in a big group you're gonna have to wait much longer than a group...

Went to M2 with my friend after seeing some good reviews online and was really disappointed. The place is tiny and they pack in as many people as possible, so we ended up at tiny tables really close to each other. They even had assigned "standing spots" in the way to the washroom.

On top of that, the music was so loud that we had to shout to talk the whole time. What really bothered me was that after just about half an hour from sitting down and ordering (including the 10-15 minutes it took to get our drinks), the server asked if we wanted another drink. I hadn't even finished mine yet! When I said we were good for now, he immediately asked if we wanted to pay. It felt like they just wanted to push us out to get more people in.

And like many places in Toronto, the minimum tip option was 18%. The server stood there holding the machine and staring at the screen while we paid. We ended up tipping 18% even though we didn't get much service LOL. The drink was not bad, but with the cramped space and pushy service, I wouldn’t consider going back. (Their washroom was...

5 stars for the drinks. Zero star for service. DRINKS: my most favorite one is Spiced Jasmine, Cream oolong and The Matcha.

Other drinks such as Shisho Genmai and Cookie Butter are really good too.

The drinks are asian inspired, many drinks have unique flavour combinations.

SERVICE: they have so many customers so they acted like they didn't care. Once we have about less than 1/3 of drink left, my server would come rush us to either order something else or get the bill and get the hell out. While I was reading the menu he came again to rush. I feel disrespected and not valued as a customer. It's really rushed and uncomfortable it ruined my night with my friends.

VIBE: the place is really small, tables can fit more than 2 people. They tried to squeeze 3 people in 1 table next to us makes it's so tight and uncomfortable to sit. It's super loud I can't hear anyone...
