Magoos is by far the best burger joint in the west end. I’ve been going to Magoos since day 1,always friendly service, good is always fresh, condiments areas always emaculently clean!! Although I do agree with some about the fries rings portions the burger makes up for it...,and seriously how many friggin Fries/rings you need?? Stop being a ziggy piggy!! lol. For $12.88 tax in you get a 6oz combo with cheese and a fountain drink with all the toppings you want!!...great thing about Magoos is their consistency! Over 30 yrs and every time I’ve eaten there(easily over 150+ times over the years and I’ve never been disappointed!! The twin brothers and their awesome sister are always friendly... once they meet you once they never forget you!!
Love it! Keep up the great work Magoos!! Glad there is only one Magoos!
PS don’t believe the negative reviews. You can’t please everyone!!! Always going to be a few that the best is just not good enough! 🙄 I’ve known the brothers and sister since high school days and can tell you 100% they care and take great pride in serving a good meal!! About pricing. People complain meanwhile they go to McShit and pay the same or more so give it a rest. Everything is higher prices now. Thank the government for that. Don’t take it out on family run businesses. Support them!!!! ❤️

Looking at the other non 5-star reviews, most negative reviews are coming from “new” customers who inherently do not know what to order...
I’m a new customer. I walked in with my 5-year old excited to scarf down some freshly made burgers as we were shopping next door at the toy store.
I found the whole ordering process to be unforgiving: A) employee taking pre-orders was curt and gave me cut eye for asking for time to look at the menu; b) ordering at the till: experience was slightly better, but no instructions to simply wait until your name is called led me to just hang around clogging up the aisle; c) Toppings: the lady that put our burgers together was an unhappy robot — zero emotions and zero **s given.
When we finally got our food it looked good. We sat down amongst the other patrons, and had a conversation with a newly retired couple sitting next to us that had been coming here for years. The patrons were much friendlier than the staff. The place seemed to be full of regulars...knowing how it all worked.
I’d give this place a higher rating, but it’s pretty clear they don’t want “new business”...rather, they’re simply happy to entertain the...
Read moreMagoo's Handmade Hamburger restaurant on Dundas Street in Toronto is a true gem. The family-run establishment has been serving delicious burgers and gourmet hot dogs since 1987, and they truly know how to make a great burger.
One of the things that sets Magoo's apart is that all of their burgers are handmade with care. The beef is fresh and juicy, and the toppings are always fresh and flavorful. I had the pleasure of trying the classic Magoo's burger, which comes with lettuce, tomato, onion, and Magoo's special sauce. It was absolutely delicious, and the bun was perfectly toasted.
The gourmet hot dogs are also a must-try. They come with a variety of unique toppings, including bacon and avocado, and they are cooked to perfection. The restaurant also has a variety of ice cream flavors that are perfect for dessert.
The atmosphere at Magoo's is classic diner, and it's a great place to grab a quick bite or to sit down and enjoy a meal with friends and family. The staff is always friendly and welcoming, and the prices are very reasonable.
Overall, Magoo's is a fantastic place for a tasty, satisfying meal. Whether you're in the mood for a classic burger or a gourmet hot dog, you'll find something delicious at Magoo's. Highly...
