Ice fell from the drive thru window smashed my rear windshield, thankfully no injuries! From the beginning of the incident no staff, supervisor or store owner contacted me after the first day. Replies to my emails were vague if at all answered and many questions left unanswered. I tried to maintain communication with the supervisor - and multiple times was resending the same messages awaiting any reply, including when I had asked for the contact information of both the store owner and head office. The store owner(Nadeau) finally contacted me in April only after I had reached out to McDonald’s Canada on social media. Over the phone I was told to email a breakdown of costs and I never heard anything productive from him again after I requested written responses rather than phone calls. I was repeatedly told that the situation was being looked after and handled by individuals who did nothing- since February. 6 months of stress and headaches due to this establishment. I know that McDonald's Canada takes pride in supporting communities and it’s members, but this has clearly not been demonstrated through the actions of this franchise owner(Nadeau). Besides the money returned from the manager that day for the breakfast ordered I was not ever able to recover the funds I had spent out of pocket, the time that was taken off from work nor did I receive any compensation for the impact this had on my mental health and well being. Even with this being the closest location to me I will not ever return. Go elsewhere. 0/5 Do better.

I recently had a rather disappointing experience at this McDonald's, and I feel compelled to share my feedback. I ordered Uber Eats from Bloor and Mill in Etobicoke and ordered a burger, but to my dismay, the patty was served and delivered to me completely raw. I understand that mistakes can happen, but receiving a raw burger raises serious concerns about food safety and quality control. The raw meat not only ruined my meal but also posed a potential health risk. The staff's response to this issue was not as reassuring as I would have hoped. They did not replace my order or give me a refund and seemed as though they could not care less, along with that, Uber Eats did nothing as well. In addition, I took the situation even further and contacted Mcdonald's headquarters and still nothing was done about the situation, VERY disappointed. A situation like this calls for a more thorough investigation to prevent similar incidents in the future. I appreciate that fast-food establishments handle a high volume of orders, but customer safety should always be a top priority. I hope this McDonald's takes this feedback seriously and implements measures to ensure the proper cooking and inspection of their food items.

Went here through the drive thru on Friday. Ordered an ice cream cone. When we drove to the pick up window, the ice cream was melting. I said the the girl, the cone is dripping. She gave it to me and slammed the window saying nothing. My daughter and I went back there tonight, ordered a cheeseburger through the drive thru, received a bun as hard as rocks, fries that were hollow. Got our cheeseburger replaced but no apologies. I walked in to get a couple of sundaes only to wait 20 mins to be served 2 tiny melting sundaes and a bad attitude from the manager when I asked for the receipt that the machine did did not spit out....."goe much did you pay? What was your order number"? Blah blah blah. If they don't want to print a receipt then why are they so cheap to leave the machine empty? Never again. They are rude. Unprofessional. And slow both in the drive thru and walking in.

I have gone to this McDonald's for years and I always hope for the best but this store never ceases to disappoint me.

The place looks great and is clean. The food (when the order is right) is always good.

The issue with this location is the service. Drive thru or walk-in it doesn't matter you will wait forever for your food. On a Sunday at 2 PM, I had to wait 3 minutes watching the staff talking to each other when I was the only one in line and when someone did finally take my order they were half asleep or high so I had to keep repeating myself (Number 1...Big Mac Combo...BIG MAC) then proceeded to wait 13 minutes for my meal.

9/10 times (not exaggerating) there will be something wrong with the order. Ask for Grilled chicken wrap get a crispy one instead. Get breakfast combo, hash browns are missing.

The unfortunate part is that this place is the closest McDonald's to my workplace and I also recently moved within walking distance of this location. I would rather go out of my way to another McDonald's then go to this one.

Update: Went there with some friends on Sunday night to show how bad it was. Took 15 minutes for them to even take our order. One of my friends didn't even want to contribute to the nonsense. There were a couple of people waiting behind us they couldn't wait any longer. It took exactly 9 minutes to get our food after the order (you can see the "order screen" flashing with our order). There were several people there that were also frustrated and complaining that they've waited 10 minutes for their order. After going home with our food, the fries tasted like they were hours old. ...

For the last seven weeks, I've been going to this McDonald's every Friday morning before 9am. I pre-order on my McD's app and dine in the restaurant. They get my order right, but they are incredibly slow at providing it. I usually don't order much more than a coffee and a muffin or a donut, but the wait time does not correspond with the simplicity of the order (maybe it's because my order is just another number coming in on the screen rather than connected to a human being? Maybe if I ordered at the counter I'd have a better chance of receiving friendly service.) I've noticed other customers frustrated while waiting as well; many have approached the counter to inquire about their orders. It's never really that busy at that time. I don't know if it's a staffing issue or a training issue. I understand that they are dealing with more variables in ordering than what they used to (i.e., orders at the cash, orders from the self-ordering machines, app orders, drive-thru orders, food delivery orders, etc.), but the staff at this McDonald's can't seem to manage the complexity and be nice at the same time. I also understand that, at present, there's a worker shortage, and that hiring and retaining good employees is a major challenge. The fast-food industry is broken, no doubt. And it's probably an issue for the higher-ups to deal with. But whatever it is, it's not working at...
