Personally, I love this place! I am always very pleased to sing at this place, because the karaoke host is extremely in tune with the people that grace his little stage. He is exactly the kind of host that you want to run your sound, and is very fair about his order. The sound system is good, and he is not afraid to speak his mind to you. The staff? Oh yes, very cool! I found this bar shortly after I moved to the GTA, finding it while leaving the train station. I stopped in, and even though I didn't know a single person there.. welcomed me in with open arms. Literally! This is not your kind of place that you need to feel that you should dress up for, but you won't be treated differently for it. It's kind of a whole in the wall bar, if you were right downtown... but I personally like those kinds of bars. The people are real... and the names may be changed to protect the innocent... and it couldn't be much cooler! I go for karaoke on an occasional Friday or Saturday night. If you don't want to be with snobs and fakes... this is the place to go for some...

I really like this bar as the people are always friendly here and the waiter comes around frequently to make sure everyone is good. You don't wait forever for service. They have cute events here as well like Pajama Karaoke Party. They keep things pretty clean. The only complaint I have is the karaoke host may be great one day but off another time you visit so it's hit and miss. One time I got in 3 songs and another time I didn't get called for 1 song after 2 hours until my friends went up and told him I never got called yet and it was...

Owner Jackie (right) really cares about the place and people. Locals from the neighborhood have really embraced this place and all are friendly. Bar staff are great and quick with a drink. Great beer prices, too. Curb appeal and location may discourage your entry, but come on and enjoy the vibe.
