Mr. Singh’s Pizza (Finch & Hwy 27) — Restaurant in Toronto

I placed my order on Skip the Dishes but it went completely awry! They were busy and posted warning to that effect but was okay with the wait after reading the reviews about this place.

When the delivery guy arrived, I immediately received a call from Pizza Hub saying the driver was given the wrong order and could the driver come back and get the correct one. The driver said I had to call Skip to confirm if he could do this (i.e. would he get paid for doubling back -- fair enough)

So I contacted Skip, they say to take the pizza that the driver has "complimentary from Skip" and I received a credit to place my order again with Pizza Hub.

By this time my kids were whining about being hungry beyond tolerable levels so I put the complimentary pizza on the table and told them to have at it. They LOVED it! And not just because they were ravenous. They kept saying things like "this is my new favourite place" "This is delicious!" "What's this green stuff?" "I don't hate corriander anymore, Mum"

While they were eating, I received another call from Pizza Hub asking if I still wanted my order and they would have someone from the restaurant just bring it to me. It was too late to reorder as the kids hunger was sated and I had pecked at leftovers and was full as well.

I was definitely impressed with the customer service and initiative. It's rare that a place would take enough pride in their reputation to go that extra length to make amends to a customer. That pride also extends to the quality of their product as well.

They were generous with their excellent quality toppings and it was all distributed perfectly -- like EVERY bite had the perfect mix of all the toppings....blew my mind! DELICIOUS!

Will definitely use my Skip credits to order pizza from this place again! They have gained a new...

So, unfortunately, I cannot put a -10 star. The service and food were TERRIBLE. I have ordered here before last year and service, and the food was good. They must have changed ownership as the food was terrible and the service was the worst I think I have ever experienced. I should have looked at the reviews. I called and asked for the two large special which he said was $25.00 then I added wings and he tells me the total is $56 and change. I said that didn't even add up and then he changed the price so be cautious they don't try and scam you price wise. Then I asked for extra sauce on the pizza and called them back after they delivered to say that there was next to no sauce on both pizzas. The slice in the picture below actually has more than the other slices. I asked them to bring two new ones and take these two disgusting pizzas with them. The guy argued with me on the phone that he made the pizza and I don't know what I am talking about. Then he started lipping off and would not let me talk to a manager. They were so, and the food does not taste like it used to. Would HIGHLY recommend going...

We decided to order for our home and we are your regular clients since you do accommodate for us so we were really happy with the service but last time when we came in your staff was so confused even though we ordered walking in the store they still messed up the order one pizza was correct second was totally messed up they forgot one topping on top we asked for sundries tomatoes they ended up putting regular so it was a big mess plus when we walked in to tell them that you made our order wrong ...
