My husband ordered us food and asked for a “blt with cheese, green and black olives, red onions, mayo grilled” when I got my sub it had bacon, green and black olives, red onions and mayo and was grilled. I called to speak to the person who made it and asked why there wasn’t any lettuce, tomatoes and cheese. The person (Arthur) responded that my husband did not request to have lettuce, tomato and cheese in the sub. I told him he asked for a BLT which stands for bacon lettuce tomato so why would I have to indicate I wanted lettuce and tomato. He told me he was too busy and to call the owner after 3pm on Monday. This is Saturday night. When I said just make me a new one and I’ll come get it he continued to blame it on the way my husband ordered it and said he couldn’t do anything about it. He had nothing to say back when I asked him if I called to order a meatball sub would I need to indicate I want meatballs in it? I have a picture to prove that he wrote BLT on the bag and did not provide me with the correct sub….and blamed us, the customer instead of taking responsibility for his error. The customer service is atrocious. I have been ordering the same sub for years and this is the first time I have experienced someone who doesn’t know what “blt” stands for and at the same time so completely rude about the situation. Read moreI've been going to this location literally for decades through many changes in owner and always had good service, great fresh sub sandwiches but today I had to walk out because of the new staff working there. Sarcastic, talking under their breath to each other, just not the experience I'm used to from this location. The attitude was "I can get away with it because no one is here to keep me check". So sad that it was so bad I had to take my business elsewhere. I don't usually write a bad review because I give the benefit of the doubt but these two ladies (40ish blonde and young girl of colour) cannot be allowed to get away with their behaviour. Read moreThis happens all the time at this location. They never pay attention to what they are doing or what the customer asks for. The owner or owner's old daughter is always working and she always seems annoyed to have customers. She has screwed up my order several time and tonight I got an ultimate club and she forgot to put ham on the sub. I paid $18 for a sub with two pieces of turkey and two pieces of roast beef. Only go to this location if you want to waste your money. Hopefully they lose enough business to realize their customers matter. I won't be going back to this location. I would rather drive an extra 15 min and get quality rather than waste...
