MY KEBAB HOUSE — Restaurant in Toronto

I ordered this food today on DoorDash as I was craving beef curry. This restaurant seemed to have good reviews and good prices so I decided to give them a try. I ordered the Tandoori chicken (half) which comes with 2 naans and salad (didn’t receive salad). The tandoori chicken tasted boiled, EXTREMELY dry and flavourless (even the colour was off). If you attempt to eat this chicken without water being close by you will choke! The naan tasted like cardboard, it was dry and was definitely frozen and store brought. I also ordered 3 small samosas which were the worst I’ve ever tasted in my entire life and I’m not picky. The samosas were made with a strange phyllo pastry, falling apart and tasted freezer burned. I also ordered 2 beef curries and paid an extra $4 to upsize to a large which I did NOT receive. I instead got 3 beef biryanis although I only ordered 1. There was a fair amount of beef in the biryani however, it lacked flavour and the meat was extremely dry—almost hard to swallow. The seasonings and flavour were simply not there. I tried many Indian takeout in my lifetime and the two things that are consistently delicious and essentially fool-proof are the naan and veg samosas—how this restaurant managed to mess that up is beyond me. If you’re looking to save some money try them out (at your own risk— food irritated my stomach) but if you’re willing to spend a few extra dollars go elsewhere for better quality and more flavourful food. PS—I never go out of my way to review food (especially a bad review) but I was so outraged by the quality of food and service that I felt compelled to do so....

Customer service is non existent. Business owner has zero business acumen. Behaves like a kindergarten child throwing a tantrum about how busy he is. Refused my business because I asked how long it would take to prepare the order. Extremely odd behavior for someone seeking return Customers. I don't recommend this place as they don't deserve your business for their careless...

Should be a zero star. this address is also a wing machine. Garbage cross contaminated food. Chicken smelled and tasted like fish. also dont make the food on time. and poor customer service. also was avoiding calls and do no not want to issue refund avoid MY KEBAB HOUSE and...
