Oh! Bar — Restaurant in Toronto

This is a takeout I ordered from this restaurant. There is a hair in the rice. When I returned to the restaurant they just simply asked me if I want a new rice or a refund. I definitely will not eat any food from here so I requested a refund. And I was waiting by the counter for so long that I had to ask how long I still need to wait. (There were only 4 tables of customers, not busy) and after I asked twice, a Korean lady came out from the kitchen with her purse, and she dug out a few coins and put in front of me. And I saw that coins, that’s not even a full refund (food price + tax). So I required the waiter to check the full price (including the tax). I was looking at the coins and at the same time that Korean lady was speaking really loudly to me: “this is a 25 cents that is a 5 cents !!” I know the coins please, you don’t have to tell me not even with the loudness. Great place, bring a hospitality perosnell, this place suits you if you seek good attentive service and value for Money. Our server, Olivia was very attentive and kind to adhere the needs and this can be your go to place for drink. Working in the Hospitality industry, I can say that you can get satisfaction at this place with the service and food. We a group of hotelier have been coming here for couple of times and loved it, don't know how other servers are, but judging by the way it's managed, it should be fine. Plus, the drinks are affordable.

Edit: under new ownership the place has got interior renovations, new staffs but menu is mostly the same (except the new design). The servers are awesome (male server Jun from Korea). Go to bar for me as of late, coz of the food and economical drinks option with great service. P.S now they have Korean mac chips when you...

We went for dinner on Monday and felt very frustrated about their poor service.

We spent a long time to wait when there were 3 tables to be served only. We had been waiting for 10 mins to have someone taking our order and another 40 minutes til main dishes delivered to our table. Waiter ignored us for half an hour.

This restaurant is really stingy and doesn't really care their customer. I've never seen such a small plate of appetizer. This restaurant simply gave us a plate of chive which was very impressive while other Korean restaurants provide several types of appetizers. (see highlighted in photo)

Dish is overpriced. Two dishes took 79 dollars with such poor dining experience.

I understand the owner is aiming for greater profit so reducing costs in many ways. Customer won't come back as a result. For sure they don't...
