Paramount Fine Foods — Restaurant in Toronto

Tonight we came (4 people) family and friends to dine in your resturant everything was fine, at our order phase we were each choosing his main to order then we were recommended to go with alternative which was supposed to be enough for all diners as were explained by our waiter coming from a point it was a mix of meats and sides of rise and fries which built up to a meal, we ordered few salads and were set to enjoy a nice meal surprise came when the food arrived the meat was fine but the sides which was supposed to be enough for 4 diners were barely two tablespoon rice per diner and a small fries When the waiters asked if everything was fine we told her that in our opinion this is not what she recommended us for and we rejected the sides, From the time of complain to response sometime passed Then we were approached by the manager with the power ranger attitude, his world was to proof us wrong, arguing with us if we understood or we didn’t After the manager first visit there was no need for another visit to the table with another waiters to continue the arguiment with us instead of offering a solution or coming back with a proper portion of rice, at the end of the day its a plate of rice he was arguing for, have you any idea how it makes your diner feel, arguing over a plate of rice while the hole resturant watching it happening?? At this point we stopped our meal and asked for the bill we just couldn’t tolerate any longer such situation we were billed the full amount and sent to our way in the most disgusting way. We are respected customers who came to your place not from a need but to dine in a respected place which you totaly screw it up for us. Over a plate of rice, your attitude Does not follow your name! I planned on ordering from the location inside Humber River Hospital. Opening time says 9:30, I arrived there at 9:40 and the lady was still getting ready for the day, menu signs were on but she was very clearly still opening so I decided to wait. Not an issue at all. I stood there and waited by the order sign until 10:01 making eye contact with the worker but not bothering her. My issue, and the reason for my 1 star is, although seeing me there waiting for her for 20+ minutes, this worker decided to take the order of a man who just walked up to the cashier desk (not the "order here" section where one would logically assume the line would begin) and instantly started stating his order. This man clearly seen me waiting and did not care, the worker clearly seen me waiting and did not say anything to the man about me being there first, I was quite honestly in disbelief at the absolute lack of basic customer service. I have had paramount foods in the past, it is excellent food, but I can assure you that I will not be back to this location based on the treatment and disrespect shown...

THIS IS THE WORST SHAWARMA PLACE I'VE EVER ENCOUNTERED THE REASON IS ONE OF THE WORKERS HAD THE AUDACITY TO COUGH ON MY FOOD SHE DOESN'T LISTEN TO ANYBODY WHEN THEY'RE ASKING HER THE TOPPINGS THEY WANT ON IT THEIR SALAD IS MOLDY AND BROWN THEY DON'T HAVE FRESH SALAD ANY FRESH FRUITS ALL THE VEGETABLES AND EVERYTHING LOOKS OLD IT'S BEEN THERE FOR HOURS ON TOP OF THAT WHEN SHE COUGHED ON MY FOOD SHE REFUSED TO CHANGE MY SHAWARMA AND SHE DECIDED THAT I HAD TO FIGHT BACK FOR ANOTHER ONE BUT THANKFULLY ONE OF THE WORKERS THERE WASN'T LIKE HER BUT SHE MADE MY EXPERIENCE HORRIBLE VERY DISRESPECTFUL DOES NOT LISTEN TO PEOPLE AND THEY'RE TALKING I DON'T KNOW WHAT TYPE OF BAD DAY SHE'S HAVING BUT SHE SHOULD NOT BE HIRED AND YOU GUYS SHOULD INVESTIGATE HER SHE HAD A MASK ON SHE THOUGHT SHE CAN CALL FROM PEOPLE'S FOOD JUST SO YOU GUYS KNOW WATCH OUT THEY'RE COUGHING ON THE FOOD THERE TOO...
