Pizzaville — Restaurant in Toronto

2 stars because I actually like the pizza. Or else it would be 1 star. Why so rude? Terrible experiences on several occasions. Just trying to get pizza. Simple day to day mannerisms these women lack! I’ve been here to get the pizza many times because it’s good but today was my last. I rather wait in the long timmies line now or get something else because time and time again it’s just passive aggression. More than once they’ve tried to serve other ppl before me even tho I’m in front of the glass..other customers had to tell her that I’m next? I don’t know if it’s because I’m short and she could not tell but we definitely made eye contact because she’s tall. So What’s the issue? Then there’s the unpleasant attitude with all of them, then today one of them burns my pizza slice. She saw it before giving it to me but yet she thought it was good enough to send out. I work in the kitchen ..actual restaurant and this I can say is not a good representation of Pizzaville. Just careless and if it was well done I’d be fine but those black bits do not taste good, it tastes burnt and now I’m at work and I cannot go back. And after her rude attitude not even saying anything when I said thank you take care, I never will never go back. Need to read went the the pizzaville at the Humber River Hosital and had an issue with my order as it was the first time ordering a gluten free pizza but when I received it was so small that I wouldn't of been able to feed everyone so I asked if they could please help me out and give me an original large size pizza instead. Well they called there manager and instead of providing good customer service he completely shut me down and said no as he could not take it back as he could of sold it in slices instead and made more money off of it anyway. I felt like wow I've made pizzaville my goto pizza place as I like there pizza's and never had an issue but this guy's an idiot and for a few dollars will lose a loyal customer that would never go back. I returned my entire order as I had no choice being that it would not feed everyone. This location manager needs schooling on business as sometimes you can make exceptions and lose a little being that the I didn't realize how small the pizza was. In the end he took it all back anyway???. Don't recommend ordering at this particular location as there customer service sucks on such a small issue that the manager could of been gracious enough to fix but instead told me to purchase another one after telling him that we had no more money to order. So many other places would have been understanding of the situation and fixed...

Honestly the worst Pizzaville location ever!!!! This location is horrible, save your money!!! The lady that is working here is rude and disrespectful. She did not give me what I wanted, I asked for my pizza to be well done and thick crust. Instead she gave me thin crust, when I went to go and give the pizza back to her she says to me we do not do thick crust here. LOOL how do u not do thick crust. Every other pizzaville location does. She also refused to give my money back, she said we do not do refunds. The lady was not sorry at all. I will never again spend a dollar at this location.
