I used to order from this place before and they always exceeded my expectations. This time, i ordered vanilla cake with some seasonal fruits for my daughter’s birthday for 15 people. The design was perfect, however the taste was awful. My visitors could not eat it. I believe they have used an existing cake on display for four days or an expired / acidified whipcream . The fruits and whipcream tasted rotten. No one could eat this cake after i paid $90. That was very disappointing and I will never order from this place again. Had the worst experience. When I went in to tell them what I wanted even showed the pictures the did the care a complete wrong colour even the name sign completely wrong. They don’t even deserve one star. The worst thing was that the cake tastes blah literally no taste no sugar in the icing complete plain even the people that came couldn’t eat the birthday girl couldn’t eat her cake soo disappointed. Terrible customer service! I had ordered a cake 3 days ago, called the morning of pickup to make sure it was ready, they told me it was. Then, called again while I was on my way to pickup the cake.
