So far ,I've I have been there 2 times and I travel quite a ways to go over there, because I don't live anywhere near cafe, or work anywhere near there. I stumbled upon them on a drive through that area.

I had the traditional Greek pie with feta and spinach I've also had the the cheese pie, both were filled that you could actually see the filling,it was smooth, tasty, it was not over salty or tasteless, it was just right! I asked the staff if they could put it back in the oven because I like my stuff super well done and crispy and they did it with a smile and it was just perfect! So that was great. I also ordered a Greek coffee short but sweet and it was perfect I've been there twice and both times it's been perfect! The place is ,newer, super clean it's new but with a touch of old european cafe kind of feeling. Washroom is super clean. One of the attributes about this place is that there is young and old coming and going and also hanging there, from every background. The owners and their staff are great, they're kind, they're friendly, they're helpful, they don't mind having a conversation and being chatty and definitely no attitude, actually a great attitude!!!! What can I say, but to say, check it out it out ! I don't have pictures that are great, but when I do I will post them...

Food is good. Coffee is good. The cold beverages, are made different everytime. Frappe has ice cubes instead of blended. I used to order coffee and pastry here very often until I was absolutely disgusted. The behavior of the guy that works here is of a spoiled rotten child. He must be the owner's son. I was walking by the other day, he was cleaning the tables outside and picked up garbage from the table and literally threw the garbage into the middle of the street. How dumb? This is your business. You want garbage on the street around your business? And don't think about coming in exactly when they open. He gets super annoyed and will complain to you (the customer) that he just opened and has someone right away. This guy clearly does not want to run this business. I'm sure he'd rather stay home and play video games. Disgusting behavior and unfortunately he is ruining this business that has so much potential to be a staple in...

I was glad to see Phyllo set up shop, if only as an alternative to McD's. It is the perfect little neighbourhood cafe; staff are friendly, the pastries are fresh, and the coffee - whether drip coffee or espresso-based - is just about all one could ask. FYI - seating is limited but decent, relative to the size of the place.

They have a regular rotation of specialty pies in addition to the regular items their name implies; although I haven't had the pleasure yet, I can definitely vouch for the croissants and sweet baked goods.

The little bit extra that I appreciate about Phyllo is the relative casualness. Unlike the competition on the opposite corner, they don't rush...

Gus and his wife run this lovely little Greek corner cafe. You feel genuinely welcomed with the warm greetings of the adorable lady behind the counter, who's ready to guide you through their menu options, should you require it. Phyllo Cafe's famous cheese boat takes a while to be prepared fresh, but the wait is totally worth it! Come with an empty stomach and you'll leave satisfied, especially if you are a cheese lover. The drinks (both hot and cold) are unique and are made with care as well. All in all, this cafe is a gem worth discovering!

This place is nice - the past reviews say staff aren’t wearing masks which wasn’t the case when I went. (Not invalidating or discrediting the other reviewers). However, they had a dine-in customer during shutdown which was a bit odd. I got the freddo cap - it was eh, looked a lot better than it tasted. Decent prices, cute interior, hygienic bathrooms

The owner Gus is really friendly and pleased with the recent burst of people coming to try the now infamous Greek Cheese boats. Prepare to wait 20 min for it to bake. Relax with an esoresso/cappacino or try a fresh pastry while you wait. Their Greek crepes look good and have fun names.
