Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Toronto

I am a little disappointed with their service, I have come to the specific location before and receive certain services and another day I'm not allowed to receive certain services which makes me think they pick and choose when they would like to accommodate guests. Also I need to speak up on HYGIENE!!!! HYGIENE IS VERY IMPORTANT AND I THINK THAT THIS LOCATION LACKS IT. I should not have to hold my breath to give an order. And this is not an attack on culture because I've been to other locations where there are other Indians working and it does not smell like this. This scent is extremely strong. I don't ever write reviews but this is an exception, never will I go to this location again.

Gave me a burnt pizza with burnt pepperoni that is burnt to a crisp.

On the top, the pepperoni isn't even in the cheese it just floating on top and it smells all burnt.

Wasn't even busy, and the staff was too busy talking about their personal life.

I took the burnt pepperoni and put it on a napkin for them to throw it away and not a single apology not even saying we will make a new one for you or anything was offered.

Hi so like a month ago my order was delayed over the expected arrival time, one of the girls I spoke with over the phone said that I will get compensated and get a full credit for my order that took way longer than expected to be delivered.

I called today to use it and she said I don't have any credit.

Can you please explain this to me ?

Like I have never experienced such terrible customer service from a pizza place like this.

1st ot is your responsibility to deliver before the ETA time and then on top of that I was lied to about I will get the credit.

Never buying from you nasty customer...
