Good evening, I want to start by mentioning that pizza in general is a staple dinner in our home as my child has autism spectrum disorder and very particular with the foods she will eat and pizza is a go to quick convenient and inexpensive option for us that we enjoy frequently. That being said we were so excited to hear about the $2 personal pan pizzas, on tuesdays only but still a fantastic deal none the less and very budget friendly which i specifically appreciated.
Today , may 27th 2025, i took a walk with my child over to pizza hut specifically to take part in the promotional $2 personal pan deal which with my understanding there is a limit of four per person. The deal is ultimately ideal for my family of just me and my special needs child. Well, when we arrived at the pizza hut located at 462 BIRCHMOUNT ROAD SCARBOROUGH ONTARIO, i first looked around to find the poster or promotion on display so i could reference to it when i placed my order. There was no advertisement visible to me inside or outside of the $2 personal pan tuesday special. At first, i was skeptical, but there were more customers inside than usual, so i proceeded to enter the store and wait in line to place my order. The man at the register claimed that they did not have enough pizza to sell me 4 personal pans (2 cheese & 2 pepperoni). This was at about 530pm (dinner time in most cases). I was astonished and did not understand his reason for not fulfilling the promotion going on at all pizza huts canada wide. Surely they can not run out of pizza during a promotion, but he insisted that i can only order two personal pan pizzas. That would not suffice for both of us for dinner so we had to leave and figure something else out.
Im terribly disappointed that we cant take advantage of this incredible offer this is the only pizza hut around this area with out having to take public transit to get to. It's simply unfortunate this location can not maintain the same reliability as the pizza pizza directly across the street because i particularly prefer pizza hut pizza though the service and cost is just not worth it anymore i hadn't even stepped into a pizza hut for years for those exact reasons and would have really enjoyed and recommended to others to check out the tuesday special if the experience had gone as i expected.
Thank you for your consideration if you reached the end of my testimony i hope to one day (sooner than later) consider pizza hut as a viable option for a simple dinner in the future if these issues...
Read morehands down the most DESPICABLE customer service i've received in my whole life, and i wish that was an exaggeration. Ordered and prepaid online for delivery. Delivery driver never came to my door (i was at my front door the entire time). Called the store 7 times to check the status of my order because it said it was delivered but wasn't and no one picked up. 40 mins later, i went to the store and the so called "manager" Mithu, thought i lied about calling 7 times. Said the driver already delivered and spoke to a lady at the front door and I proclaimed that wasn't me, because why else would I be in store? I wanted a refund, or at least to have my food remade, and kept insisting the reason I was there in the first place because I paid online and got nothing delivered. Manager was extremely rude, hostile and dismissive about my concerns and said I should take it up with customer service. Genuinely did not CARE at all and I don't know how he made it a managerial position, or even working in customer service. I tried speaking to the driver when he finally came to the store and the driver said he dropped it off at a location that literally didn't sound like my front door, so that was proof he must have delivered it to the wrong house. Manager abruptly tells driver not to speak to me, and then called me a CHEATER???? Buy your food somewhere else. I hope this man gets fired, and this location shut down. I've never been so upset, overwhelmed and disappointed ordering...
Read moreAbsolutely disappointed with this location. NEVER ORDERING FROM HERE AGAIN!! Ordered a medium pan cheese pizza with extra cheese and an order of wings. Order was placed 2:25pm and expected time was 2:55 the tracker was shown that the driver wasn’t even close to my location and it said my food has arrived. I called to find out what’s happening, being stuck on the phone for 20 minutes with customer service they understood and said it would be refunded. Then afterwards the driver shows up at the door doesn’t even say a word, hands a DAMAGED BOX OF PIZZA AND DAMGED BOX OF WINGS! The pizza wasn’t even sealed with the sticker, cheese was splattered, and the wings were smushed. So disappointed because I had a friend over too.. then pizza hut calls my friend and says you got your pizza rudely, they took 50 minutes to deliver the pizza and wings which were damaged we didn’t even eat it.. they called us again, we told them to come and pick it up if they want because we didn’t even eat it.
