The food isn't bad, although you have to check your food before you leave! They will slip a badly burned pizza into your box if you're not paying attention! Do not order via uber eats or directly, near closing because you may get a black panzerotti or pizza and waste your money. (You WON'T GET YOUR MONEY BACK ) Also, The Indian man at the cash who is the Manager of this dirty store, and the Hispanic man making the pizzas, specialize in insulting women - seniors and disabled are their main targets. The DIRTY washroom is a playground for bacteria and viruses. The 'checklist' is fake. I've been in the washroom at 11:30am and the 12:00 checklist was already filled out yet nothing had been cleaned, filled, dusted, mopped, sprayed or wiped!!! Furthermore in the 14 years I've lived next to this store, I've always noticed that the surfaces are NEVER disinfected or wiped. As you left it, it be will be until you return. The irony is, before they open they mop the floor with bleach or sometimes just pour bleach on the floor as you can see the puddle of bleach and smell it but the floor is dirty. The first time that I went just after they opened, I smelled bleach and assumed they clean every morning but they neglect during the day. When I hung my purse and turned around, I saw they don't clean a single thing. Definitely not the toilet as it's obviously never been cleaned, the wall, counter, sink, on top of the surfaces like the always empty paper towel dispenser, the often empty soap dispenser, the air freshener unit that has never had air freshener put in it, dust, germs everywhere! Read moreReally upset with the over all quality of service from this location. I live less than a 5 minute drive away and not a single order over the last year has arrived sooner than 45 minutes. Today was the final issue that will prevent me from choosing this store again. My driver (and I do not want to place all the fault on this man as he has been the only pleasant experience I've had with this store) showed up 2 minutes before the 50 minute deadline. With only my cold panzo, broken and leaking. He apologized as he was not given my drink and dips and would have to go back to the store to get them. Pizza Pizza policy is 50 minutes or free, it took the driver another 20 minutes to return with my drink and dip. Again I want to stress this level of poor customer service cannot be limited to just one driver. (Though it may be a good idea to confirm you have all items of an order before leaving).
More than half of my orders I place they say they are out of Monster Energy. Most of the time the pizza's cheese is stuck to the top of the box. All of my panzos have been broken and leaky. I have ordered from this location out of the distance to my apartment. Other franchises with stores more than twice the distance away have been able to deliver more reliable and faster service.

I simple asked “could you tell the cook to open a new cheese bag for my cheese pizza as id love to have a pizza with no contamination with meat” he laughed and joked about it, then i asked, atleast if he could tell the cook to wear gloves or wash hands then.
With an utmost discomfort he took the order, went in, putting a phone on his ear, (I didn’t expect a thank you or timing or anything anyway)
To customers: how sure are you that they are respecting your food dietary when you specifically request them? I understand, in a food industry like this it is hard to maintain 0 contamination but could they not at least respect and show that they are trying the best?
