I came here on Wednesday, July 19 at 410pm.
We come here 2-3x week as it’s our closest Tim Hortons. For the first time, we experienced pretty rude service from a lady name Priya.
We ordered 20 timbits, we asked for 2 boxes since the kids always fight over holding the boxes. The 200 other times we’ve been there, all the other workers had no problems giving us an extra box still at 4.99 instead of charging us two 10 timbits boxes. When i brought that up, she gave me attitude and said she can’t do that so I said, fine just put it all in one box. She proceeds to hand me 2 boxes that’s all assorted when I never asked for assorted. It’s the first time, someone didn’t ask us whether we want assorted or not. She huffed, and proceeded to get us our 15 honey and 5 chocolate.
I made my kids still say thank you because I want to teach them manners. She just looked at us with a blank face not saying anything back to two kids aged 4.
I normally would never write a bad review but she left a really bad taste in my mouth. I hope the manager talks to her to so she can follow the steps of service. When someone orders timbits, ask them whether they want assorted or not instead of assuming and boxing it and then giving attitude when I asked for differently.

There is a mobile pickup window but when you come here, nobody ask you what can be serve even no people in front of you. you just wait and see other people was called to be served here. I can see food on the table, be colder and colder. Unless you jump into the queue and tell the person behind the desk: see my food is there already, can you pls give it to me? It didn’t happen once or twice. Other Tim Hortons store has smaller place but better service. The servant seems don’t know where is a pickup sign above.

Again, this is my last time to buy Latte, or any food in this shop. I placed twice latte within two weeks in this store by mobile order. The first time i was told no latte available when I checked in my order, I got refund, that is fine; after a week I placed another latte with mobile order and I was told nothing when checked in by drive through window. This time nobody told me there is no latte and when I drive to the pick up window, I was told there is no latte. I want refund and you don’t allow me to have any refund. Why? I must have something I don’t like to replace my order and don’t even consider the same price with my placed Latte order. How can a coffee shop is out of latte in two weeks?

Read moreAbsolutely disappointing and unprofessional experience. On June 5th, around 1 PM, we were caught in heavy rain with a stranded car and just wanted to get a couple of small coffees while waiting for help. Google showed that the dining area at this Tim Hortons was open, but when we arrived, it was closed. So, we went through the drive-thru – just trying to warm up and get through a rough situation.
The staff member working at that time treated us with unbelievable disrespect. We were spoken to like we were some kind of burden or joke, simply because we weren’t in a proper car. He made degrading comments and even talked badly not sure how someone like this represents the Tim Hortons brand.
The entire interaction felt like a power trip. We weren’t asking for a handout – just two coffees, paid for, like any other customer. It was raining, we were stuck, and instead of empathy, we got attitude and unnecessary disrespect. It’s genuinely disappointing to see someone in a customer service role behave like this. If this is the kind of person trusted to serve people at your location, something needs to be seriously reconsidered.
Tim Hortons is supposed to be about comfort, warmth, and community. Today, this location failed miserably...
