Ordered a pizza and specified to them no pork because of allergies. We got I had one slice and was into a second when I realize my tongue started itching, lifted the cheese off and realize there was pepperoni on the pizza. I called the store to complain and the guy started acting as if I was making up my allergies, kept asking if we told them no pepperoni, I kept telling him that we told them NO PORK. My daughter finished the conversation because by this time the itching started spreading to other body parts. I called back because it was upsetting me that this could have been life threatening. Instead of acknowledging how serious this was he kept telling us we hadn't said no pepperoni (btw we did tell them no pepperoni, as anyone with an allergy knows that's the first thing you ask before you eat). By this time I was more upset than ever because I had to go get medication which I had to take because I was having a reaction . The guy in charge left and gave the phone to another lady. I keep asking what I wanted I told her all I wanted was the guy acknowledging what happened and say sorry, I could have ended up at the hospital. Read moreThe quality and consistency of their food has really taken a head-dive into the dumpster lately. I keep making the mistake of thinking it’ll be different but the last 3 visits have been more than disappointing. The chicken bites are never even sauced, only the foil under it where even then it’s scarce. I asked the lady if I could have some more and she grabbed the entire thing with her bare hand without washing them, when she could’ve just as easily held the bottom of the container. Ordered chicken Alfredo and the container was like halfway full Ordered mozza sticks which should’ve came with a sauce but she took that away when I requested an additional one as bribe for a 5 star review. They’re buying reviews because they know the quality of their service and product has gone to trash. So sad. Read moreI had an incredibly disappointing experience at this Pizza Hut location. After eating a low-quality pizza my friend purchased, I urgently needed to use the washroom. When I requested the washroom key from an employee ending her shift at 4 PM, she refused, claiming the washroom was under renovation. Sensing dishonesty, I waited in my car across the parking lot. Sure enough, I later saw her give the key to another customer who came in from outside.
This incident felt like clear discrimination, as I believe I was denied access because I am Black. When I asked for the employee’s name to file a complaint, they refused to provide it. To add to the frustration, the pizza tasted old and may have contributed to my sudden need to use the washroom.
This experience was deeply upsetting and unacceptable. I hope management takes a serious look into these discriminatory practices and the quality of food served. I wouldn't recommend this...
