Appreciative that this store operates 24/7. However, the service was not commendable on my visit. I visited this store with my lady nd she entered while I parked. When I met her inside, she was visibly upset. Upon asking her what's wrong, she advised that the avaliable table she desired to sit at was dirty. Thus, after asking an employee to wipe it down she showed me a FILTHY, NASTY cloth lying on the counter that the worker she asked had thrown 2wards her, telling her to clean it. He claims his name is something like, "Anuruag". So I got his attention to ask abt cleaning the table nd he became agitated abt not having time to clean the table off. He claimed bc only he nd his other co-worker, who actually was more customer friendly, were working he wasn't gonna clean it. Meanwhile, there was no one in line atda register when I walked in. To his credit, the drive thru was with a line-up but to shun my woman nd be disrespectful abt not accommodating a customer request which is not outside the actual duties of an employee to keep cleanliness. However, after I was persistent about it nd pointed out the unclean work area behind the counter, the overflowing garbage, the occupying homeless nd the lingering thought ofa "pandemic" environment, the more reasonable co-worker politely said that we should pick another table bc of the disturbing homeless man who'd seized the table next to the one we wanted clean, that he would clean the 2nd choice for us. We chose, he cleaned nd we were fine until we noticed that the two entrance doors NEVER CLOSED! After I got up twice to close both doors, I saw that both doors were on auto open. So because my lady has anemia, I again asked this "Anuruag" guy about taking the doors off automatic so the doors would close and the claim was that the doors stay that way ALL YEAR long🤔😏😒😠. Rather than argue further, I decided to let the customer base know how some ppl at this store put off certain customers bc due to their lackadaisical, unconcerned, non customer friendly attitude, biases nd pure dismissal where legal implications can be applied in relation to medical issues. They are your employees - juniors - Subordinates. it's better to talk with them nicely and solve their problem rather than shouting at them. They have a nice youth who are working and as a young blood needs a little bit of training and they can do better than today. However, I wasted my 15 minutes in the drive thru for a Tea peppermint tea triple triple but whatever I got a cup of hot water with a tea bag. No sugar inside. Then I have to park my car and come back to them and I was thinking to order something but I saw Timmy bits falling outside. Being an employee if this happens but not watching Till from outside neither guide employees to see them once in a while. It looks a little strange here in hospitality that's why change my mind because health is a priority for me rather than experiement on such place.
Being a manager is not like you are an autocratic leader you need to understand, Guide, motivate and lastly trainer for those unskilled employees who are working hard for you.

I ordered a XL orange pekoe decaf with 2 milk 1 sugar, everything bagel toasted with butter and cheddar and got the new pumpkin spice donut. When I got to my appointment I noticed that my my tea tasted funny as if it was mixed with coffee and my donut order was wrong. After completing my appointment, I decided to go back to get my order right. The man that took my order upon drive thru did not seem to believe me, sounded irritated asking what time did i come, what was my full order, they dont even have pumpkin spice in which they do. Thankfully I have both transactions on my bank account and app incase they wanted to see it. It shouldn't be this difficult for someone paying their money while their employees are not doing their job correctly.
