I always get attracted to their lucrative offerings about $5 pizza & pop, last year they ran a promo of small pizza for less than $5 (can’t remember exact price). But only problem I have with these guys is that after your one visit, they will change their statement to - “sorry we ran out of that product/pizzas” and sell you into buying larger/medium pizzas. Even if you go in a group of 2-3 persons and ask for those cheap promos, they will always say “sorry we ran out”. So I don’t understand the fact that if someone who likes to eat light and prefers Pizza Hut for the promo displayed outside your shop, also visits on the different times on different days over the span of your so called promos lifespan, why do you guys still always run out or not have the stock? If your outlet is not able to handle the footfall impressed with some promotions, then do not display it. Why outright lure them into a trap? I challenge all other customers reading my review to just go in to this shop and ask about the promo $5 pizza & pop as long as it’s up. The response you’d hear from them will be...
Read moreI was late from work, so I decided to take pizza for dinner. Before entering the store around 10:40 pm, i asked the lady if I could place an order. The lady said it was ok and she could make my pizza. So i placed the order and was waiting inside the store as it was raining outside. I was sitting there and watching a movie on my phone. Another staff member came in and gave me a bitter look. He was murmuring something that i couldn't understand. My pizza was done, and i asked for a dipping sauce. I apologized that i should have asked for it while placing the order. The guy was rude enough to bang the dipping sauce on the countertop with frustration in such a way that it almost fell off on the floor. Then he said nothing and went straight to open the door for me. I was really shocked by the behavior. If you're getting late, or it's the time to close, you shouldn't take orders. But being rude to a customer is not acceptable. Now i understand why Pizza Hut pulls a lesser crowd than the other two pizza places around. I AM NEVER GOING BACK TO PIZZA...
Read moreI don't expect outstanding service from pizza hut but some of the current staff at this location is terrible. The other week, I was holding my daughter, and asked for a bag to carry the pizza in. The guy at the counter rolled his eyes at me and gave me a bag that was smaller than the box. I tried to ask for a bigger bag but he walked away and ignored me. Walking with a box in one hand and my daughter in another for many blocks was terrible but not enough to write a bad review. Today, my husband went to order and pick up a pizza. One lady employee was chatting on her phone, drinking her McDonald's coffee, and speaking negatively to get co-workers in Hindi. My husband saw that our order was ready and asked this individual if it he could have it. She said no and that he will need to wait longer. It wasn't until he asked for a manager that he got the order that he saw was completed. To end on a positive note, the manager was cool and the food was as to be expected. I just hope that the employees get trained better on...
