I suggest one thing, DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE FOR CAKES. We had the absolute worst experience here, I’ve never experienced anything more negative in my life. My sister wanted to support local business and decided to purchase a red velvet cake from this place for her daughters birthday, but unfortunately it was old, stale, expired, did not taste good, and ruined the event, not a single person ate the cake, it was very embarrassing. The worst part is that we called to address the issue, they asked for us to return the cake, so that they can taste try it, and we can rightfully receive a refund. But we got played, We wasted our time gas and money, went back to the bakery to return it, after they all the employees and manager tasted the cake, and cross contaminated it, they claimed it was “fine” according to their standard, and they refused to give my sister a refund?! The manager here is horrible, he has no sense of good customer service skills, or problem solving skills, he tried to threaten and kick us out of the store because he refused to give us a refund, or a solution to this problem , and said at 7:06pm, if you don’t leave by 7:10pm I will call the cops. So I told him to please call the cops, he dialled some fake number thinking that I would be threatened by the cops, instead he should be because he was 100% in the wrong. I asked for his boss’s # he said that he doesn’t have one and that he’s in America?! We were dealt with very poorly and disrespectfully here. My sister paid $66, they took the cake back, tasted it, cross contaminated it, and refused to give us a refund, and after much arguments and going back and forth, he then decided to stay silent for a while, & ignore us. They made us drive all the way back to the bakery and wait for no reason, a complete waste of time and energy, and lied to us. At the end he finally said, the best he can do is offer for us to exchange the cake. We did not want that solution, because the event was already over, and we would rather not eat stale and expired cakes. The manager was being very difficult, refusing to give a rightful refund after they told us on the phone that they will once we return and they taste try it . Because he was being very stubborn, and disrespectful, we decided that we’re just going to take another cake, but when it came down to that point, he was not allowing us to choose which cake we wanted. He wanted to give us a smaller cake, but we refused and wanted another cake, but he said “no you can’t take that one” he then tried to give us some other pineapple cake, that we did not want, It was probably just old and he wanted to get rid of it through us. On top of that there’s no price points for the cakes, and after asking him several times what the prices of the cakes, and flavours are all the employees and the manager included stayed silent because the manager told the other employees to not respond to us. How is that fair? How was it fair that they took our money, lied, and then they’re refusing to allow us to choose which cake that we want, since we wanted to exchange the cake we should know what the price points of the other cakes and the flavours, in order to match it to the value of the cake we already purchased. Also what if someone’s allergic to one of the flavours, it is our right as a customer to know and to choose which kind of cake we want. I’m not sure what give this manager the audacity to think that he can choose which cake we should exchange it for and refusing to let us know what the prices of the cakes are or what kind of cakes they even have, there are no names, no price list, No expiry dates, nothing. After mentioning that it’s not right what he’s doing, and that we should rightfully choose which cake we want to exchange it for, he said “ you know what no cake for you “. We were incredibly shocked by this disrespectful and outrageous, and absurd behaviour. They robbed us of our money, didn’t provide a solution, lied, wasted our time, and the cake that we purchased for my nieces birthday is still sitting in the bakery as...

Red Moon Bakery is a remarkable place that consistently delivers both quality and comfort. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, making it a pleasant spot for a quick stop or a longer visit. The variety of items available is impressive, ranging from traditional sweets to freshly baked cakes, savory patties, and an assortment of snacks. The tea, in particular, is exceptional and has become a defining feature of this establishment. Every item reflects careful preparation and a commitment to taste and freshness.

Beyond the food, what truly distinguishes this bakery is the standard of service. The staff are attentive and respectful, creating an environment where customers feel welcomed and valued. Among them, Arshdeep stands out for her exceptional professionalism and dedication. She not only serves with efficiency but also demonstrates a genuine ability to connect with customers. Whether it is offering guidance to someone unfamiliar with the menu or ensuring that every detail of the service is smooth, she approaches her role with both skill and kindness.

Her attentiveness contributes greatly to the overall experience of visiting Red Moon Bakery. It is rare to encounter service that balances speed, courtesy, and thoughtful assistance so effectively. Arshdeep’s approach reflects positively on the entire establishment and reinforces the impression that this is not just an ordinary bakery but a place that values excellence at every level.

With its combination of delicious offerings, consistent quality, and outstanding service, Red Moon Bakery has earned a reputation as a reliable and welcoming destination. It is a place where both the food and the people make every...

Do not believe the 5 star reviews. These were written by members from the same cultural background in response to negative press regarding the offensive mural painted by the owners outside the business. These are not real customer reviews. The owners painted over a beloved vintage mural depicting Etobicoke history . Without permission. They left in its place a mural depicting violence and criminals. They called racism when the community complained. Suddenly the business was filled with 5 star fake reviews. This is not the way for a new business to become a part of a family orientated community. The mural is still up. The business is terrible and they have treated this long standing community with disrespect and distain.

In addition: We have noticed that when a negative review is added the place is AGAIN bombarded with 5 star fake reviews.

As far as the bakery itself. The staff were rude and curt. The products overpriced and left out to go stale. There are no prices or product descriptions anywhere. None on the shelves and no menu board on the wall with product info or cost. When we asked why there were no prices we were told that is what the clerk is there for. What business thinks having a customer repeatedly ask what an item is and the cost is normal ? We had to ask what was in each product and the cost. Pretty embarrassing for a senior on a fixed income or someone on a budget looking for an inexpensive treat. Just awful. NO I DO...

If you want to really spoil your day, this the place to come and have their cooked food. I ordered the Thali which was with Butter Chicken (Extemely Sweet, No Flavour, Hard Chewy Old Chicken), Saag (Its an INSULT to this Iconic Punjabi Dish... No Flavour atall), Chane & Daal (just bearable), Gobhi Parantha (Super Spicy, No Flavour, Disgusting quality... how can you call it a Parantha with 2 seperate layers joined with stuffing inside which is flavourless), Veg Sandwich (Just mixed with so much Tomato Sauce in Mayonaise, that it looses the flavour) and lastly the Maggie, which was somehow Ok but whats the big deal in that. The Staff was friendly, giving her 4 stars because she could have easily recommended me on phone and while in presence to try something else. For sure, she knew what lacks in the food I was ordering. Getting 5 stars because of Samosa, Puff, Pastries is not an achievement.... Improve your food otherwise this Legacy will not remain. Good Luck and Best Wishes You guys really have to improve your quality and taste of the food. Trust me its GARBAGE Atleast something should have been nice. My Order was 40.63$ and if even 20$ worth food was good, I would have still been Ok. Super Poor Food. I Wish there is a way to even give 0 stars or negative stars.
