Pizza Pizza — Restaurant in Toronto

Walked in to order 2 medium pizzas, a Hawaiian and a veggie. The guy in the counter confirmed my order and told me to return in 10-15 mins,. Picked up my order and was dissapointed to see that one pizza had both veggie and Hawaiian toppings and the second one only cheese. The counter associate named Hussien called another associate from the back of the store named Mel, she then asked me if my order was correct, I replied with no. They aggreed to redo my order. I waited another 10 mins, went back to the store and was SHOCKED AND DISGUSTED when they showed me the new pizzas they had done for me. THE VEGGIE PIZZA WAS THE CHEESE PIZZA THEY HAD ORIGINALLY DONE 10 MINS AGO, with only green peppers and tomatoes added on top, AND THE HAWAIIAN PIZZA HAD RAW CHEESE ON IT, MEANING IT WASNT COOKED ALL THE WAY THROUGH!!!!!!!! The cheese looked white like how u buy it at the store and you can tell it wasn’t cooked at all, IT WAS LIKE THEY RECYCLED THE ORIGINAL PIZZAS TO MAKE MY NEW ONES!!!!!!! OMGGGG, I ASKED BOTH OF THEM TO BE HONEST WITH ME AND THAT THEY WERENT BEING LOYAL TO THEIR CUSTOMERS!!!!! Dissapointed I asked them for a refund and went to another pizza company to order my pizzas. I thought pizza pizza was a better company than this, these two individuals, MEL AND HUSSIEN proved to be lazy, lacking customer service and unable to fulfill customer orders and demand. Sadly I won’t be visiting pizza pizza in the future, it left a bad experience for me . DONT BUY...

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. I ordered one of their mega munch combos, this is a typical order for my boyfriend and I. We ordered a medium thin crust pizza, honey garlic classic wings, two creamy garlic dipping sauces and drinks. Only the drinks were right. Pizza was COLD. Wings were WRONG and dipping sauce was EMPTY??? I called customer service to have their "customer service rep" ARGUE with me. He then called the store and came back to tell me they would be delivering the correct order of wings and replacing the empty dipping sauces. Over an hour went by and nothing.. I called back to see what the problem was.. (I don't live far), customer service calls this location and they say they do not have classic wings in stock which is why they sent breaded... if you didn't have what I ordered a COURTESY CALL would have been appreciated. After all of this the call centre offered a credit for my order.. I thought this was solved and appreciated the credit... Afterwards, the franchise owner called me with an extremely rude tone raising his voice at me for 15 minutes that I was "cheap" and just wanted free pizza as he fulfilled my order.. I'm now calling corporate.. that call was beyond unprofessional. Honestly the customer service in the call centre and this location...

I have been going to this Pizza pizza for years but the customer service has become very bad, I went in on Saturday night, there was nobody to take the order the guy in the kitchen was trying to get help but there was a girl who would not get up from her phone. She came to take my order after a long time and she was very rude as if she didn’t want to be there. She doesn’t know how to talk to seniors,you can tell from her attitude that she was absolutely not interested and was waiting for me to leave the store,I have been going to the bar next door for years and i go to the pizza pizza for a slice or pizza but never faced this problem before.

Young girls need to respect seniors the older staff always respects seniors, the girl got more annoyed when I asked for something she had to at the back to get more, its not my problem if you dont keep things stocked, dont work if you want to stay at home and chat...
