Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Toronto

I tried ordering personal pizzas for my entire family and was not informed of a limit. The cashier proceeded to tell me that there is no and I could order as many pizzas as I wanted for my family but she later told me that she could only make 4 pizzas because there is no more dough. I accepted that offer of 4 pizzas and once a new customer came in ordering the same thing, she had no problem making pizzas for him.

I told her she should have told us that there’s a limit of 4 pizzas and not that she ran out of dough. She blatantly lied to me, and then argued with me and said that she never said such a thing and proceeded to call me a liar. Other customers were present and also informed her that she was caught lying because they ALL heard her tell me that she ran out of dough but then made more pizzas for someone else.

Rest assured I don’t give my money to businesses that lie to their customers. If they can lie about little things like this, I have no way of guaranteeing their food is even safe or clean. I will not be coming to this...

I came in not knowing deals ask for a small pepperoni pizza not thinking it would cost 16 dollars for it,when I asked about the slices not even bein equal, I ask to speak to a manager, after I realized there is a walk in special,the manager was actually the one who made my pizza,as a manager I would think she would of offer me a better deal which was the larger 3 topping walk in special,she never suggested it at all,after I was mad about my pizza she said nothing could be done.Once my Uber arrived all of a sudden she can give me the large for what I paid for the small,she knew I couldn't wait since uber arrived, which made me even more mad,this place sucks in customer service,I...

If I could give a zero I would. I've never had a good experience with the pizza's I've ordered from this location.

My latest order delivered by Uber Eats was completely wrong. The driver says this is the pizza they gave him. Called the restaurant they say they gave the driver the correct order.

Restaurant takes zero responsibility and tells me I have to deal with Uber Eats.

If the restaurant gave him the actual correct order how could he possible have a completely different pizza... He drove directly from the restaurant to my home.

The restaurant obviously gave the driver someone else's order. I will never order Pizza from this...
