Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Toronto

REVIEW UPDATE There is a staff member there (Dec 4, 2022 Noon) who always makes the effort to charge me more than the other staff.

I can usually get the pizza of the day as just cheese. It essentially cost them less money. Most Pizza Hut branches offer that. This branch does too, but not with this specific staff member.

She is the biggest disappointment to this branch and reflects badly on the great staff that are actually there. Rude at times as well.

I used to consider this as one of the best branches, unfortunately, that has not been the case lately. Great pickup location.

Staff are extremely nice but sometimes are under a lot of pressure with many orders; they take care of it quickly.

If they get your order wrong, they fix it!

SB19 became an endorser of Pizza Hut in the Philippines. So, as a way to celebrate, despite the distance, I bought food in Pizza Hut here in Canada. And out of all the stores near our place, this branch has the best reviews. I ordered our food an hour ahead but the lady in the store prepare it just in time for the pickup to ensure that it's really warm and fresh. I forgot to get her name but she's really nice and our foods taste so good! She has a clean work place and follows proper hygiene. After our food was ready, my ride hasn't arrived yet so she offered to put my food in the oven to keep it warm until my ride arrives. Driver dropped 2 liter of pop at doorstep, pizza was overcooked, burnt, and had very few toppings. Manager refused to issue refund unless food was returned and verified damaged / burnt. Only regional manager is able to issue refunds and they're conveniently never available. The manager kept trying to make a deal with store credit or a scetchy 'cash only partial refund' that didn't add up correctly sent by the driver. Would not include taxes paid, would not credit delivery fee. Do not order from this location!
