Pizza Nova — Restaurant in Toronto

This pizza Nova location like most pizza Nova location has an open concept kitchen. I was picking up my order today evening and another customer was present while I was here at this pizza Nova location. This customer noticed a pizza Nova employee drop a pizza oven spatula on the ground AND NOT clean it after dropping it on the ground… AND eventually used it to move pizza in the pizza oven with the spatula he dropped and didn’t clean… WOW! the customer that was with me called it out to another pizza Nova employee. They didn’t seem to care like us pizza lovers/pizza Nova customers… the employee who dropped the spatula didn’t even say sorry… or anything at all. No reaction. Turned his back and continued on… how can you not say anything… we are customers of yours… because of us you guys get paid… I couldn’t believe this and I stayed there while the customer was complaining about this incident. The employee who dropped the spatula and didn’t wash it, would you let your kids, your parents, your in-laws eat here again?! Very selfish act. I understand mistakes happen everywhere. But make it RIGHT! Correct the mistake… don’t continue with the mistake and pretend all is well… especially when you are working in an OPEN CONCEPT KITCHEN WHERE WE ALL CAN SEE?! I will report this to pizza Nova head office. This is unacceptable. I will not return to this pizza Nova location. It’s funny how you guys keep away all the salt, Parmesan, crushed chilli-pepper,etc away from customers but don’t clean up after dropping a pizza oven spatula lol. Disgusting. This real virus is in the mind. I’m never coming back here. Even if all other pizza Nova locations were closed. You lost my trust. Who knows what else is dropped and not washed at all…...

Absolutely terrible service and the woman with the glasses (not sure if she is the manager) has a HORRIBLE attitude. I ordered a pizza, 10 wings and 2 dips, and for some reason she was just upset at me from the moment i was placing my order? Not sure why - i literally was just standing there. After i placed my order, She said it’ll be ready in 20 minutes. I came back 40 minutes later and it still wasn’t ready. Honesty I didn’t mind, so i just waited in the store. She saw me waiting and then told me in 2 minutes it’ll be ready, but at that point i was waiting for almost an extra half hour. I dont like giving people who work in restaurant joints a hard time, but Why lie? When she saw me waiting for so long, she started to get visibly upset at ME for some reason? Why? because i was waiting in the store for my order to be ready? And on top of that, they forgot my wings and when i asked her, she completely forgot my order and became even more upset? Not sure why her attitude was so rude. In the end, they rushed out both the wings and pizza, which were actually not even close to being ready clearly. BOTH PIZZA AND WINGS WERE TERRIBLE AND LOOKED LIKE THEY WERE COOKED BY A CHILD. I ate 2 slices and threw it all out. They didn’t even give me the 2 dips i paid for, so I essentially got stolen from. I will never, EVER go back to this location, even if it is the last pizza nova on Earth. And also because of the poor quality, i will think twice before deciding to eat at any...

If i could give this a negative 20 i would! Worst service I have ever had in my life. I came in hungry and left hungry! A late Sunday evening and only 3 parties including mine and slow and poor service was the only meal on the menu. Although the server was pleasant she knew nothing about the food on the menu and appeared as well as sounded confused the entire time. She took really long periods of time to come and take orders though the place was empty! She didnt listen to any dietary concerns or preferences!! My friend as well as myself sat and watched our friends attempt to eat their incorrect meals while waiting for our meal that never ever came! Two of us have yet to see our orders. The waitress looked frazzled and has yet to issue much of any sincere apology. How can an empty restaurant be so slow and struggle in this way? Needless to say we will never return seeing as almost everyone left hungry and annoyed! My pregnant friend and birthday girl couldnt even eat due to their meal containing pork even though they asked for substitute of chicken!
