Pizza Pizza — Restaurant in Toronto

Walked in to this location at 1:56am was told by one if the cashiers that I am only allowed to purchased fried items. I replied that the store is still opened and I would like to order a pizza, she said that she couldn't make it. I then asked to speak to a manager. The manager came up to me and said that you can only order the pizza in "dine in hours" and that she cannot make it for me. I told her that is not right and I have walked in before and ordered pizza here just before 2am. She tried to make excuses that I was being rude and demanding and argued with my in a very immature and unprofessional manner. I then asked for her name because I wanted to email head office to make a complaint on this location. She then suddenly lowered her tone and finally said sorry and took the extra large pizza order. No one should tolerate this behavior especially from a manager. I will be contacting head office and hope this location doesnt try to close early because this is a franchise and open hours are not to be played with. Changing my 5 star review to a 1, wish i could do zero! Terrible people working tonight Sun July. 27, bit technically Sat. Night. We are regulara we spend A LOT there and will not be back !! Told the rude guy at caah i needed to use the bathroom and theres piss all over the toilet seat and no toioet paper and he replied its busy and said wait 20 minutes or go somewhere else! Absolutely disgusting behaviour. Then told his coworker go change it and he came in and said i cant clean the seat and dont know how the change the toilet paper, theres two people in the place already eating! Crazy and worst Ive ever ever seen in my life, whats wrong with people. Ive been a bartender and server for 13 years and never would I redpond so rudely!

I am very much disappointed!!!! I ordered a well done pizza and my husband went to pick it up. He went there and the pizza guy showed it to my husband and my husband asked him to bake it a little bit more. When the guy was trying to put the pizza in the oven he dropped a slice of pizza on the floor. My husband told me that his first instinct was to look at my husband if my husband saw what happened or not. Instead of redoing it the pizza again and apologizing the pizza guy checked on my husband if he was looking or not and what actions to take after! My husband said that was pretty sure that if he wasn’t there to witness everything we would have eaten the pizza that was dropped on the floor! I would never go there anymore. And consider the situation we went through the best thing is to send for inspection there! Please be careful when you order at this location or at least make sure you are there present and can see what...
