Placed an order through UberEats on Dec. 2nd at 130 pm, when we received this order, the special instructions were not followed, I called the store to speak to the manager and was told the manager was not in. I told the employee that my order was wrong, he was the one who made it so I asked him if he followed the special instructions, he then asked me what were the special instructions. At that point I knew he did not even look at them and asked for his name and the managers name. He refused to give me that information, said he was not allowed to give me that info. When I told him he had to at-least give me a managers name so I can file a complaint he said " you can complain all you want" then hung up the phone. I am hoping the owner will read this and contact me to discuss further as they way this employee spoke to me was completely unprofessional, does Regino's employees not go through Customer service training? I tried calling the head office number hoping to get the regional manager so this store can be investigated but I got transferred back to the store where that employee said the same thing and hung up on me once again. Read moreIn simple: The first few times we got a well cooked fluffy pizza. Then "every" pizza is mediocre or worse, not cooked well and not really cared about. Customer service feels hostile if i am honest.
customer service: inside it feels unfriendly, hostile, and eery, did not want to come again in person after coming after years for the first time.
Pizza: improved and better than others but they almost never made a good pizza after my first few encounters. Cant compete with others the way i get pizza now, i don't buy often.
Thriving local restaurant: If your potentially one of the possible best pizza spots nearby, but you keep making careless pizza and your environment can improve.
Similar thriving place: another thriving local food place is tender shawarma has 4.6, the guy is friendly and the food is great, often he will give you extra free stuff.
conclusion: i don't order every time i think of getting Reginos, because i feel i might get a not cared about pizza, i feel like many customers stop buying and that explains the low rating, although its a good place with issues, i personally would order a lot more if the pizza was...

I have ordered pizza from Regino's many times, in fact, my first time was beyond a 5-star experience. I returned to the shop to give the server a big tip because the pizza was the best pizza I had ever had. Now, I have noticed different servers and management barely putting toppings on the pizza. I have ordered on a number of occasions double of the same toppings for big events and family gatherings and each time the amount was less then before. I understand times are tough, cost of living is high and expense for products to make food have increased but there is no excuse to reduce the amount of produce to the increased in price.
