Last time I went here I had such a terrible experience, I'll most likely remember it for the rest of my life regarding the Pizza Pizza franchise.
First, the employee that took my money was quite possibly one of the rudest individuals I've ever had the displeasure of crossing paths with, Unless he was the owner of the place, I have no idea what chemical they were consuming which possessed them to hire this employee.
Anyways, I ordered a slice of "Canadian Eh!" pizza and I payed him money, he gives me back my change and I thought he gave me back too much so I decided to be nice and let him know, and when I looked at the money in my hands and asked him what the price of the pizza was he raised his voice in an angry manner and his face looked like someone had shot his knee cap with a firearm, and he said "I GAVE YOU YOUR CORRECT CHANGE, GO WAIT OVER THERE FOR YOUR PIZZA!!!!!!!" and I'm just like...."I'm just asking and making sure man, calm down" and he yells at me the price of the pizza I ordered and I just give him a dirty look and go wait by the corner until he heats up the slice for me.
Keep in mind, after that alone I probably would have asked for my money back and left but I was with two other people and it was near midnight, and we were starving after coming out of the Cineplex Odeon movie theater nearby.
But here's the best part, the slice of pizza he handed me was so dry and looked so old that I could have mistaken the bacon on it for parched rat feces, and the cheese was so stale along with the pepperoni being darker than Batman's eyeliner.
My true score for this place is 0.5/5 instead of a flat out 0, and that's only because it was open later than other places around the area.
But yeah, the only reason I'd ever go here again is if I'm literally starving to death and my only option is either this or wet soggy cardboard on the street.
I don't mind Pizza Pizza in general, but I would strongly recommend to stay away from this...
Read moreWe've been ordering in this location for many times but for tonight's walk in order it is burned, I contacted the store and transfer me to customer service which offered me a replacement pizza to be delivered. I asked if I need to send pictures of it, they said no so I took pictures and we trash the rest downstairs and just took 2 slices "just in case" I need to show it. After sometime, I received another call from the store asking me if I can "SHOW" the burned part to the delivery guy for training purposes, I said yes since I have 2 left that I can show and pictures too.
The delivery guy showed up frowned and ask me the pizza, I showed him the slices and then he rudely continue the conversation and raising his voice to me telling me I shouldn't threw it out not before getting new one, which I explained that I am not instructed to do so, and just ask to "show" him. And he said "No! You should know! I need to take it back in store! I will call them" and I said go ahead.
And then he keeps saying things which makes my husband to intervene and said to watch his mouth and then he retaliate and it got heated between them, then I said just take the pizza and go, my husband told him he will make a review for this
Then he started to hand the pizza and we said no just get it back since he's having big problem to us, and when we are about the shut the door he stopped it and insisting for us to take it and even stepped his foot inside our unit. My husband told him he's trespassing and he needs to leave.
We have our children with us when this is happening. This is not how the customer service should be....
Read moreI’ve been going to this location for pizza for 20 years. Granted, it has been a while since I’ve gone and it is very obvious to me that the quality of service and food has made a steep decline. I made an order for a large pizza, garlic cheese bread, and the cinnamon funnel fries.
The first issue I had was with the mouldy slice of garlic bread. My boyfriend said it was burned spots, but burnt toast is neither green nor fuzzy nor does it smell musty.
Second issue I had was with the way they reacted to my boyfriend’s complaint. Saying it was just the green flakes from the spice mixture and that it wasn’t mould. Those flakes could be brushed off, I had to dig my nails into the bread to rip off those pieces of mould, but the smell turned me off completely. I actually feel ill thinking about the mould I might not have seen on the other pieces we’d eaten. The workers begrudgingly gave us two free slices, but it felt like we had to pull teeth to get barely decent service.
Third issue I had was with the pizza. By the time we actually got to it what with the runaround treatment we’d already been given, the pizza wasn’t cooked properly. It tasted doughy and undercooked, and the toppings weren’t dispersed evenly. It doesn’t seem like the workers care very much about the food they make or their customers. I won’t...
