Subway @ 826 warden Ave — Restaurant in Toronto

On 18th June 2019 at 9:50pm I went with my friend and we bought a footlong veggie delight. While the server was packing it. I said please can you wrap it two separate because one was with onions and one was without. It would be easy for me and friend to identity it. The server told me that he cannot do it in a very rude tone. I asked why? Then he told me that our owner do not allow us to do this. So I said him all the other subway do it. But he denied to do that and took my payment. Later I told him ohk I understand you cannot do this so please void that transaction and and charge me for 2 six inches and wrap it separate. So he told me no he cannot viod the transaction. And completely denied my request. His behavior was very rude. So I asked him to give the details of the store and name and contact of the manager. So he told me that he is the Manager. I don't think he was. And his name was HARSH and he says that he is the manager of the store. I came back from my car and asked him for a receipt to make a complaint, to fool me he gaved me a receipt of 2 fountaindrinks which was not my order. I went there on Thursday July 31 2025. I order two 12 inch subs. While I waiting I saw someone ask to use the bathroom. She said it was close. I was going to eat there now im going home. Once it was made i show my app for buy 1 12 inch and get the second 50% off. I was told they don't accept Subway app or coupons. I looked around not one sign was up telling us. I would of walk out and left it right there but my wife wanted me to pay. I pay for it and went home. I took my first-time and bum was stale too. My wife have a whole wheat and it was stale too. I'm not impressed with Subway right now. The owner has five locations apparently and they don't accept the app or coupons. I trying get a hold of head office since they have pick up there phone I know what this company is in trouble. Jersey Mike and Fire House sub or back to Mr. Sub in Eglinton Square mall. The service I received from the lady working was excellent. She was very nice. Unfortunately my local Subway at Kingston Rd and Midland, the staff there are terrible. My last few visits there is why I stopped going there. When I asked for extra green peppers or any toppings, they told me they are not allowed to do that. Every Subway I have ever been to would make ur sub the way u want with any extra toppings. Now I drive 10-15 mins to other Subways to get our orders. I don't mind doing this. I prefer to support other Subways before ever going back to that location. I have left 7 messages for the owner to call me. So I can discuss with him/her our experience at their location.
