I went to this location today to order a takeout pizza. Before placing my order, I asked the staff how long it would take, and they told me 15 minutes. So, I paid in advance and went next door to do some shopping. I came back after 20 minutes, then waited another 5 minutes in line to speak with someone.
When I handed over my receipt, the staff member checked the pizzas and immediately had that look like my order hadn't even been started. Without any apology or explanation, they simply said the order didn’t go through and asked me to wait another 5 minutes. I was already frustrated, but I stayed calm and agreed.
But 40 minutes passed — still no pizza. At that point, I asked to speak to the manager. I wanted to know why my order was still not ready and why no one had explained anything to me. Instead of a simple and sincere apology, the manager started making excuses, saying their system had issues since 4PM — which made no sense, because I had seen a large number of customers being served just fine before me.
What really upset me wasn’t just the delay. It was the dismissive attitude. When I asked why no one took a moment to explain or apologize earlier, the manager just said, “So what do you want? An apology? Okay, I’m sorry.” In front of other customers, I was made to feel like I was the problem, just for asking for basic respect and communication.
Look — I understand mistakes happen. I run a business myself. If they had simply said, “We’re really sorry — we missed your order, and we’ll fix it right away,” that would’ve been enough. But instead, they gave excuses, avoided responsibility, and treated me like I didn’t matter — just another customer to brush off.
This place probably does well because of the brand name. But today, they reminded me that customer service isn’t about the name on the box — it’s about how you treat the person standing in...

A special shoutout to Gautami, who provided exceptional service during my visit. She was welcoming, attentive, and ensured my order was prepared just right. Her friendly demeanor and professionalism truly enhanced my experience.
Room for improvement: • Sometimes the pizza can feel a little under-seasoned, but that’s easily fixed with their wide range of dips. • During peak hours, delivery can be slightly delayed, but the team is communicative about wait times.

Read moreOrdered 10 wings and 1 small pepperoni pizza at 11:50PM (figured it would be fine since they close at 2am) through SkipTheDishes. Less than 10 minutes after ordering it says on the app the restaurant has Ok'd the driver to begin to head over to pick up the order. This seemed slightly suspicious as no pizza is made start to finish that quickly. The order was delivered around quarter past midnight and my concerns were valid. The wings were still very hot so they had just been cooked, but the pizza was cold. I opened the box and it was clear the box had been opened and closed once before. The pepperoni was dry, and the cheese was mangled like someone had picked through it with their fingers. The cheese had solidified instead of being stringy and soft to the touch, meaning the pizza was made a lot earlier. On some of the slices you could see peppers of some kind sticking out under the cheese that hadn't been removed. It was clear this was not a freshly made pizza for my order. The cheapskates at this pizza pizza cut costs by using cancelled orders and just picking off the toppings on pizzas already made then passing it off as your own. Complete disregard for quality and care and disgusting. I'm going to be taking this up with corporate and SkipTheDishes and never order from any Pizza...
