Server was amazing but when I went to use the bathroom I almost threw up!!! My mother couldn't even finish her food!
This place does NOT get cleaned 3 times a week (as they will tell you when you try to reach out to the management)
I will be taking this further because the fact my mother tried to reach out and got told there is a cleaning crew every 2 to 3 days is baffling to me!
The last picture (toilet straight forward) I took from another review that was 5 months ago!!!!

What earlier review was disputed? I never made a review until now. Also Wishing you took a video/photo before we used it? Did I have access to that restroom for days before this complaint? Because that is months worth of debris. It looks worse then the last few reviews. Videos do not lie. If you think that floor, toilet and wall stains leakage and black mold isnt dirty then i don't even want to know what u consider 'dirty'. I said the server was amazing. I said food was good. but the restroom was disturbing. If you want to reply in a condescending tone and claim those pictures are a clean atmosphere instead of saying you will have it cleaned then you clearly don't consider your customers point of view nor customer service. I work in the food industry and haven't seen this ever. Further more I did not ask for 50% off of anything. I left and held my pee because I was disgusted. your LOVELY, CLEAN AND POLITE server APOLIGIZED when I took her into the bathroom and saw it for herself. She has nothing to do with the CLEANLINESS of your establishment she was working to serve her customers. We even tipped her (also proof of that, so their was no ill will towards your staff) Everything was recorded on my phone. if you would like to be dismissive and try to throw the blame on PAYING customers that spoke the truth that's fine but I guess I will have to speak to someone above management and send in all the footage and conversations that I have to CONFIRM I am telling the truth and I am not targeting wild wings (seeing as I go to mccowan and finch also on Kinston road by st.clair wild wings often and have NEVER left a negative review about cleanliness). Noone yelled at anyone if that was the case why would she tip her?? As for the "full meal" Which was wings... not even an appetizer was ordered. The bathroom is not an excuse "after eating wings" to complain about thr ammenties, it was simply gross. As I went to leave my review I saw many other reviews have already told you to do so. Clearly you (management) just do not care.I'm not the first to speak on this and most likely won't be the last if you keep up these standards. Read moreFirst time at this restaurant. I walked in and was told to come to the counter. I did. I looked at the menu and asked one of the ladies, Is there any fish? She looked at me as though I had asked a strange question. I said I did not see it on the menu. I believe I had not taken the time to look and figured I would ask directly. After a while, she replied saying there was fish and chips. So i asked what was the cost. She said its $15 plus tax. I said ok I will take that thanks. Unenthusiastically, she said ok well are u having it here or to go. I said I can have it here (meaning dine in). She then said in that case today we have a special its $10 with a drink. I said ok sure. She proceeded to list off drinks. I asked if there were any juice options. It seemed as though my questions were a bit annoying for her (bearing in mind I only asked 2 at this point). So she said there is orange juice and cranberry. I said cranberry will be fine. After I asked her if there is any charging port where I can charge my phone. Apparently she thought I asked her to charge my phone for me and she responded and said no she doesn't have a port. I said i have the equipment I just needed an outlet. She said well look over there by the wall and pointed. I said ok well great and proceeded to sit. I did not wait long for my meal. The fries were a bit soggy and part crisp but for the most part it tasted ok. The fish tasted decent and I did not complain because I had low expectations for a $10 meal. I seated myself, got comfy she brought my drink over and the napkin holder and condiment stand and some complimentary lemons with 2 packaged tartar sauces. I ate my meal. During my meal she did check in on me to ask if everything was ok which I appreciated but at this point i was not pleased. Sadly, at this point i was hesitant to tip because of the sub par customer service and $10 quality meal, what really made me decide was when I had to pay. I was going to pay with cash and she asked do you want to pay with cash or card? I said it doesn't matter would you prefer me to pay with cash? She said it was up to me and just thinking about the entire experience at that point, I paid with card since the machine was already in her hand and I left. I do apologize for not tipping because I do recognize how important it is but it is also important to make customers feel welcomed and appreciated compared to giving off an annoyed disinterested attitude. Don't get me wrong after all of this, she did smile and was polite after my meal and she did update me that my meal was almost ready. I just wished my experience was better. Read moreI have a very serious complaint about one of your bartenders named - victoria. She has "0" respect towards the customers here. I came at around 10 pm. The location closes at 11 pm. I ordered my beer and wings and i was having my own good time, around 10.35 i asked her to do a repeat of my same order, she very balantly.said no more orders after 10.30. And she didnt even come and asked me if i need anything, because the last order is at 10.30 pm .... How ll i know what time the last order is.. ? it depends from restuarant to restuarant.. I am trying to be polite to her by asking why she cant ask me before she close my table, .? On top of that i was searching her for almost 5 to 10 mins so that i can order my next food. She purposefully doesn't want to take any order from me and tried to avoid from me / avoiding eye contact from me so that i won't order anything. Which in tirn will bring her more work.
