Owners are extremely petty and cheap! I paid with gift card over a week ago. Cashier (with manager standing beside) said the gift card covered the purchase, didn't give receipt so I left thinking I still had money on gift card. 30 mins later, manager called and said they just found out gift card only had $6 and I still owed $14.50. He asked me to come back to pay! I said I would a try to find a time but since this wasn't my fault, I wasn't going to make a special trip. Even suggested he send a bill. 2 days later, owner calls me on Sunday night about this $14.50 She said they would take $ out of the cashier's pay (illegal in ON). I finally told them I'm not making a special trip and I ended up paying by e-transfer. They harassed me over $14.50 for something that was their fault. So petty! Will NEVER come back. Never have I ever seen an employee wash their hands at this location ever. Out of the 50 surplus of times I've been there... they go on cash take cash and will go back to throwing toppings on your pizza. Okok that's a little ehhh, never really scared me away. But when you pull down you mask start touching your mouth while you fellow employees watch me staring at you put your fingers in/on your mouth while on your phone and then hand me my food, No No No. Who knows if this guy uses his phone in the bathroom.
