Service is absolutely slow. They never have your mobile order on time. Don’t bother going in to stand and get your order because that will take 15 mins minimum. the servers don’t know anything about how the app works or who to contact for support and should at least have a contact number posted somewhere.
They don’t chnage gloves and you have to ask them to chnage it. They don’t wear hair nets either so be wary you find hair in ur food. The food itself is ok at least if you construct it, it’s your fault. Maybe Subway should think about an express kind of buffet thing considering people could just order it and put it together themselves.

The lunch I ordered was so bad,I ordered for a footlong tuna sandwich and this is the worst experience i got from subway. The person who worked on the shift at noon August 31, 2023 messed up the whole order, that person should not be near food restaurant, made a sandwich with the total different vegetables that I select and i think the bread was old. I can’t imagine a person who orders food and has allergies to certain things and eats the food and gods knows what happens next. Such an careless in this restaurant can end a person life.
